I had a go with the fisheye last night around Houston Street. This is looking toward the BP gas station and the Puck Building in the background.

Just a short hike (about 300 meters) down a path adjacent to a clear flowing creek, we found Gardners Falls near Maleny on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. It was lush and tranquil and provided some fun for learning about live composite shots with the Olympus.
I met Flickr friend Tosin at Rizal Bridge and he's a true ambassador for Seattle and the Pacific Northwest. The bridge is a great location and if you're a light trail geek, it's the bomb. It was an entertaining evening thanks to Tosin and the smooth running traffic.

I went back to the Manhattan Bridge to get a few shots I missed last time with the Tribute lights. This is a scene I have shot before, but it's the first time with Live Composite. There were fewer subways running on the weekend, which made the bridge less shaky.

Sunset at Lake Starnberg.
I packed the wrong stepdown ring for my ND filter and had to use the Live Composite mode of my cam to smoothen the water; ooc jpg cropped to 3:2 format.
This is the popular view used for Manhattanhenge shots of the sun setting west of 42nd Street. There's no sunset here, but I didn't go for that shot. I wanted a long exposure shot with light trails during the blue hour. I was surprised that the west bound light trails were very faint. I guess I was too high up to get enough of the tail lights shining into the camera.

Oh dear I was supposed to have done some homework for the light painting workshop I'm doing and I forgot. No time to get outside so this is a set up in a bedroom at home. Deadline midnight on 2nd July and this was taken at 2243. Teacher was quite pleased to be presented with a bottle of champagne though. #54 I forgot for the group challenge 120 photos in 2020

The Oriental Pearl Tower seems to peek between the buildings in many different street scenes in Shanghai. I saw this view when I crossed the street in the wrong direction, but I took advantage of my poor navigation to get some shots.

I caught a nice light trail crossing the Manhattan Bridge and avoided the drone that was flying along the bridge.

Here's another view from the Rizal Bridge. Safeco Field was not lit up last night, so I featured the illuminated CenturyLink Field for this shot.
