Up until today, I haven't touched my camera for almost two months since it broke. At the moment I can only shoot with non-G lenses and then only with wide open aperture. For some reason, the D700 is engaging depth-of-field preview (lens fully stopped down) all the time. Haven't had any time or money to fix it, hopefully it won't too expensive or serious. It's putting me off my art though, not very nice!
Due to a scheduled power outage, only the top of the Space Needle was lit. Most of the light in this photo comes from portable generator-powered lights set up by Seattle City Light crews working on capacity upgrades.
