Linoprint...texture added in photoshop.
Hand pulled lino print on vintage paper using oil based printing inks. Tulips are my favourite flowers so I couldn't resist! I love the vintage quality to lino prints which remind me of Edwardian wood cuts and on this French vintage paper it has a really quaint quality to it.
I am loving the combination of hot pink and baby blue at the moment... here are some of my linoprints using these colours

This one is for a special person whose cat has inexplicably gone missing. I made it by cutting three lino (vinyl) print blocks, being the house, the footprint and the cat's name, 'Gypsy'. It represents Gypsy's life before she found a home. She was 'dumped' near a farmhouse as a kitten. Next comes her priveleged life in a secure home. It finishes with Gypsy's journey following her disappearance. #1/52
