The railing serves as a separation between humans and flying wildlife. People are stopped from going beyond that point whilst the seagull preserves the ability of having no limits on how far it can go.
The plastic bag the woman holds recalls the plumage of the gull which draws an immediate link between those two living being, they both have to struggle in life to fulfil their needs.
The red lifebuoy housing stands on the right side of the railing and depicts the danger to humans if the edge is crossed.
FUENTESOTO PROCESION DE LOS FAROLES 2012
Fuentesoto se sitúa al norte de la provincia de Segovia, en el límite con las provincias de Burgos y Valladolid, en la denominada comarca de Tierra de Pinares. Tiene en la actualidad 178 habitantes (350 en el verano). La Procesión de los Faroles de 2012 se celebró el día 11 de agosto, sábado, como ya es tradicional el pueblo quedó en la oscuridad iluminado solo por velas. La procesión de San Vicente comenzó a las 22 horas y salió desde la su Ermita, para finalizar en la Iglesía de San Pedro, después de realizar un recorrido por las calles del pueblo. El acompañamiento musical de la Procesión, tanto para bajar a la Ermita como para subir con el Santo hasta el pueblo, estuvo a cargo de la Agrupación Musical San Juan de Jerusalen de Madridejos (Toledo), a los que agradezco su invitación para que les acompañara. Posteriormente el cuarteto Sforzato realizó un concierto de música clasica en la misma Iglesia.

El brazo derecho salia movido y ha sido dificil recortarlo, tampoco le he dedicado mucho tiempo la verdad,. Aparte el fondo eran árboles por lo que el recorte fue mas dificil. Es lo primero que hago en photoshop ........ gracias xataka ;)
