A late running Wisconsin & Southern T4R takes a warrant to re-enter the Waukesha Sub, with the Horicon bound T3 just gone by. In a few minutes, the sun will be gone and the WAMX 4181 and mates will re-enter the main and continue on to Janesville.

OK, so it is not a steam engine, but it came from Lima Locomotive Works Shovel and Crain Division, see the builder's plate, which appears to be actually cast with the frame. One of those fascinating finds one stumbles onto; couldn't get it started, looks like a fun toy with lots of pedals and levers for the operator to enjoy. Based on preliminary research this is likely a pre-WW2 piece of equipment.
