You can't tell how big the ravens in town are from this shot because I could never get close enough to them, but trust me...they're huge.

yep, it has started to rain here. sandy as a storm is quite huge and won't be making landfall til tomorrow (still NJ i presume-- i've been out all morning). but the diameter of the storm is such that we're starting to see the effects in new england-- in a mild way, so far!! or maybe it's just rain in sympathy-- am not weather savvy!

I love this shot for some reason. Light posts on the steps of the Library of Congress, taken with my Olympus e-510, 1/ 250 sec at f/ 13, ISO 200, 110 mm (Zuiko Digital 1:4-5,6, 40-150mm zoom).

This photo was taken of me in Austin during the year 1993. I was a freshman, very thin, and had very short hair. One of the Vega twins or Caroline took it - I can't remember.
