A capture of a "orb" close quarters with flash... This unit presented to me in a skywatching session. Invisible to naked eyes above me when capturing a series of "orb" shots. It quite obviously wanted to be in the shot as seen here as full original is posted.
Having said that I am led to believe that they have the ability to be "microscopic" in form or they can present themselves to the camera as here when it suits them... I don't really have a "iron clad" explanation as yet.
This does appear to me to be the under side of a "sled" . and the capture size as seen in the original is quite large even though it would be within a couple meters of the camera.
