I simply can't remember wether this mysterious light effect results from opening the back of my camera erroneously or if it is simply flare due to an extreme backlit situation. Of course I prefer the second version... Anyhow I like the atmosphere.

another bad-photo-which-I-like-anyway because the out-of-focus effect actually emphasizes the pattern of the spiderweb and shows the colours in webs which most people probably don't normally notice. In large (hit the L key) you can see the "stripes" of colours which efffect I believe is caused by diffraction or thin film interference, Wiki ( on diffraction) states:Richard Feynman said that "no-one has ever been able to define the difference between interference and diffraction satisfactorily. It is just a question of usage, and there is no specific, important physical difference between them." I thought this was a great shot. I used the lasso tool to select the water and added some blue and green to it. I also added a motion blur to the falls portion. I then selected portions of the trees and boosted the contrast a bunch, as well as the different rock portions. The heavy texture I think allows you to go beyond what you normally woould. I created and added some sky and clouds on a few different layers applying different lighting applications.
