I go past this place almost every day, so i get to see it in a lot of different kinds of light. I shoot this scene a lot, too, but many pictures look the same.

On this particular day I loved the beams of light coming through the clouds, promising sun while it wasn't visible. I underexposed this shot a fair bit to put an emphasis on the rays of sun light.

Enjoy!

A daffodil in the light.

Winter nights. When its dark and cold. Light a candle.

Godliness lies within, we just need to light it up with our belief.

I just had to get out and show off this pretty little outfit! When I got out and went about my day I first stopped for gas. Instead of paying at the pump I went inside and paid for gas while purchasing a few items. I felt great in my pretty outfit! I continued on to my favorite store for paper towels and to browse the Isles. You never know what you will find! I've bought some decent clothing in some of my favorite colors and pretty panties here. I made my way to the girly boy isle while here! Mainly pinks & bows in this isle along with baby wipes and diapers. I got home just in time to see the mail lady coming and I showed her my lovely light blue outfit with my flowery skirt.

Had a blackout so we lit candles and i just did dis to pass the time

My question to Photo-Focus members ( and anyone else who would like to provide an opinion)

Would you crop or not crop out the ghostly Mark on the left ? It was very frustrating to miss out on the rest of the circle but it was setup on a tripod and I had no idea that he would even be in the image because he was always on the move. Don't get me wrong - I'm happy to have a resident ghost, just not one encircled by an incomplete circle :-) I doubt I could successfully remove it using PP. However if I crop in drammatically the dais looks lopsided or I lose the blue squiggles.

You can see some of Mark's images at: www.flickr.com/photos/marksilvaphotos/8477474577/in/photo...

For those who may enlarge this, I think the little brown shape behind the girls was a prop. Not sure if I could effectively remove this either due to all the line patterns

I used two elements to create this.

We recently had new windows installed and hadn't replaced the blinds or curtains yet. I noticed that after dark a light on a building across the way caused the pebbled, frosted window in the bathroom to sparkle. It also had some silhouettes of tree branches on it. So I took several photos and used one for my background, turned sideways, & cloned the sparkly parts to hide the tree silhouettes.

I was playing with a new app on my iPad called Flame Painter. I used one of the abstract images I created as an overlay over the window photo. It has a black background which hides much of the window, but leaves a hint of the sparkly effect.

It's cold and wet outside so I found stuff to photograph around the house

Yep, I've joined the bandwagon and started making domes. Thanks goes out to AndWhyNot

and [Nocturne] for telling us how it's done!
