This photo was taken on Mother's Day 2004. It was taken from one of the boats sailing down the the Li River on a 4 hour lunch cruise. We drove from Guilin to the departure point boarded the boats then sailed down river and disembarked at Yangshou and then drove back to Guilin. One of my most enjoyable Mother's Day's yet.

The Chinese principle that there is an underlying order reflected in the organic patterns of nature. It is also known as the watercourse in that all things are patterned according to the basic principles of flow. This was taken near the outflow of a very large dam.
The St. Laurentius Chruch lies at the foot of the Rätikon range of the Eastern Alps, part of the micronation of Liechtenstein. The most populous city isn't the capital, but rather Schaan, a community bordering the north of capital Vaduz.
