The building on the left is the Phoenix Company building. It's an oval with sharp corners on the long ends, and it's surrounded by a plaza connecting multiple large glass, metal, and concrete buildings
Union Level, VA / USA - June 20, 2019: View of the overgrowth taking over the small alley way between the abandoned houses in the ghost town in Mecklenburg. Once a busy stop through southern Virginia, the town was abandoned after the interstate changed travel routes.
This is the Kuhfluchtwasserfälle (waterfall) in Farchant at the foot of the Zugspitze mountain. This image is the halfway up point. The top of the falls will be posted later.
There were so many different levels to this waterfall but this was my personal favorite.
I hope you enjoy it.
This series of photos was made for the Level magazine of Paraguay.

Hooray! We've had a on-off (mostly off) internet connection for over a week so I'm really sorry if I haven't been commenting on your pics recently...
It was a beautiful morning today and I was able to grab a few minutes on the way to work. It's promising to be frosty and foggy again tomorrow so I'm getting up early to go out with my camera...

Schech's Mill near Caledonia, Minnesota. The mill was built in 1876 and is still in operation. It is the oldest operating mil with original equipment in Minnesota.
Just a brief glimpse of this lovely Otter hunting and fishing on the Somerset levels.Mainly in the reeds but really enjoyed watching this Otter at such close quarters.
Not too sure how a woodpigeon gets its plumage into that level of shabbiness, except maybe just by flying. It must degrade its flight performance to at least some extent? Here it's executing a very nonstandard starb'd swerve, hence the twisted RH wing.
Stunning conditions over the Somerset Levels.
Forecast for the last weekend was very "unsettled" - which meant possibility of stunning light.
Towards the saturday evening, heavy showers started to come through the Bristol Channel and make their way across the Levels. And ocasionally sun would come out of clouds and lit up the lush green fields.
As the sun moved lower, clouds thickened making it look less likely of a good sunset. But for a brief moment, clouds gave way just long enough to capture this 5-shot panorama.
