What you’ll LEARN:
*The single, most successful technique for standing up.
*How to handle your board safely and confidently in various conditions.
*Surfing etiquette.
*How to paddle into and ride waves.
*How to assess daily surf conditions as they relate to tides, swell, crowds, etc.
*Wave dynamics and armchair oceanography.
*VALUABLE ocean skills.
About your INSTRUCTOR:
*Director and head instructor of the largest kids surfing program in L.A. County.
*20+ years of Pacific Ocean wave riding and ocean skills experience
*14 years experience teaching in diverse communities in various outdoor, experiential settings.
*12 years experience creating and leading music and athletic programs for youth communities, including school and after-school programs, community retreats, private instruction and special events.
*11 years experience teaching surfing and ocean skills for children and adults of all ages.
*ALWAYS genuinely excited about teaching, meeting new people, and facilitating safe, wonderful experiences!
Dawn, morning, afternoon and sunset session times available.

It's amazing what our eyes and brains process everyday. Just in this glimpse I see a complaint about whining, notification of a baby on board, a plea for revolution, a Chevy license plate promotion, a Chinese restaurant promotion, and a bank with "let us take" in the scroll.
It makes me wonder how much of the suggestion from all we see actually sticks and works into our thoughts and decisions.
