I'm trying to calm down after the magnificent game between Sweden and England. We were good, but notgood enough to avoid the German machine. Still, I'm really looking forward to saturday, that game will be really something!

I had planned this image before I even stepped on the plane. It is a little composite.
The first day we got on top of the mountain these were the conditions, I asked my friend to stop and wait for a minute and grabbed my camera. In post production I enhanced the shot with some extra snowflakes flying around and I added a little more background to it. I edited another shot in the background and blurred that to match the 2.8 aperture I used at the moment of shooting the portrait.

I must admit, i did feel like a bit of a voyeur when i photographed these woodpigeons getting close, but they were so busy they didn't care who noticed! :-)

Hey everyone! This photo was hugely inspired by Passion Pit's song Let Your Love Grow Tall. Yes, I do understand that the photo's title and the song have nearly the same title. I had the biggest brainfart where I thought the song said "Let your love grow a tail" which is entirely incorrect. However I'm proud of my newer editing techniques and how this photo came out.
I think most people can tell what this photo is supposed to mean. So I won't bore you with my interpretation.
I thought I'd spotted a Male Banded Demoiselle and a Female Beautiful Demoiselle but I'm not so sure now.
Still looking for my first Dragonfly shot of the Summer and out of luck again. These dancing Damselflies will have to do for now.
