This was taken yesterday - one hour after I said to my friend that it would snow in Atlanta only if the cow jumped over the moon... Man, did it snow! And man, did I miss it!
I know for most of you, guys, this is old but for me this is the first and the only snow this winter...

Out and about this morning ~ normally golf on a Tuesday but as we were in France, last week, my golf buddy and myself couldn't get our booking for today!
So, what else but a good walk ... today, 18.3KM and the weather was glorious and warm!!

What:
The Granville Street mall in downtown Halifax. The one block is home to a number of pubs, bars & restaurants at any given time. There is also a nice old gallery and a few shoppes etc...
The Split Crow Tavern is on the corner at Duke Street. It is one of the oldest pubs in Canada and probably North America. Their liquor license was issued in 1749!! I will try to get a few shot of that place another time. The funny thing is that I have lived almost my whole life but have never been in the place!! I don't know why, maybe because it is always packed?!

The weather forecast was right on (for once!)
They said we were going to get a couple inches of snow and then change to rain. As soon as it started to snow I drove downtown try to grab a couple shots from the pedway that goes over the streets from Scotia Square to the towers at Purdy's Wharf. I had scouted out my shooting spots the week before but wanted to wait for snow to take some shots. Well I wasn't really very happy with the ones from Barrington Street. Still not enough snow or car light trails. I'll get back again when we get more snow.
I did kinda like the look of the outside mall on Granville Street here though. Also after always posting up pictures of fishing boats and villages I thought I should show you a little bit of the city for a change :-)
What I learned:
Wear a big coat to protect your camera from the snow when you aren't shooting. Also bring lots of little lens wipes.

I'm now revisiting a few videos I made en femme not that long ago. This video snapshot is from May 2, 2019. When I previously posted pics for flickr from 2018-19 activity, I often only included here one or just a few snapshots per video taken. But more recently I've gotten into the practice of capturing more worthy video snapshots from individual videos of mine, so I'm doing a *retrospective* series now highlighting some such newly-captured snapshots, of course linking to the original video posted on YouTube.
As usual, I really enjoy color-coordinating attractive/sexy/cute outfits, and this one features:
* a "sugarplum" purple long layered-cut wig, from Forever 21;
* super-sexy Jessica Simpson fuchsia-magenta faux-suede strappy 4.5"-stiletto-heel dress sandals;
* a Thalia Sodi "plum combo" fuchsia-floral-print scuba pencil skirt, from Macy's;
* a B.Wear magenta scoopneck chiffon banded-trim 3/4-sleeves top;
* magenta wide-net fishnet stockings, from WeLoveColors.com, on top of nude ultra-sheer pantyhose;
* a fuchsia/black 2"-wide waist belt, from BeltIsCool.com;
* a magenta-purple handbag;
* a purple floral-print neck scarf;
* a fuchsia/pink necklace;
* fuchsia/pink/purple/gold bracelets; and
* rose gold rings & gold earrings.
This particular pic is a snapshot from a video taken in a ladies changing room at my local Macy's, where I like to utilize their extra mirrors to some effect. Thought that I should check in and let everyone know that I am still here!! We've managed to get through the past few weeks and things appear to be on the mend! Will not go into a lot of details but am relieved that Georgia is making progress and is doing so much better!!
Have not been to the bayou since last November so everyone will be stuck viewing some atmospheric conditions from El Franco Lee Park!!
