Tonight was the Bear Aware Clinic. Very worthwhile. Most of us have lived here a while, but learning and refreshing never stops.
Tara's dress is so "40's charm" so I thought it would be perfect for this effect. I used levels to up the contrast and added the word art, changed the color to match her flowers and reduced the opacity. Then I added Hummie's Art Paper 33 and had to use the healing brush over Jeremy's suit. I then added Hummie's Art Paper 29 as a border and used a mask over the happy couple.
