thanks to recent great midiscale falcons by Tim Goddard , GolPlaysWithLego and the first previews by The_Legobuilder they inspired me to update some corners of my falcon.

The Cover of the Mainhold is nearly the same design as GolPlaysWithLego and I really tried to built a Cockpit that fits a little better in proportions and fits at least one Minifigure. Highly inspired by The_Legobuilder. My one still is very fragil.

At last I rearranged the back with its enginevents and the Hyperdrive.

This year’s autumn collection by legendary fashion label Stone & Brickson defies all expectations! Turning away from classic autumn colors like brown and grey, designers Sylvester Stone and Benjamin Brickson make the bold choice to go for a mix of snow white and rose red! This extraordinary color choice, combined with a mixture of sleeveless dresses and comfy short capes tells a story of reminiscing summer and yet anticipating winter to come. Definitely the best collection of this season!

My city / fashion themed mini figures for my fig-off with BrickStudios. I enjoy creating more normal figures like this quite a lot actually.

Built for the fourth day of Rebellug's Vignweek. The prompt was 'Emotions Unleashed'.

A little tutorial on how to easily build a wall with a cheese slope pattern, as seen in my recent vignette. Feel free to tag me, if you use it.

Hey everybody,

the year is ending and thus it is time for a little review. 2018 was a year of mixed feelings for me. On the one hand, a lot of stuff went downhill in my personal life, including trust being exploited, hearts being broken and so on. On the other hand, I was offered the opportunity to attend university again and thus quit my full time job. Now I am working on obtaining my master’s degree and so far it is going great! So, while the year started out rather bad, things are going uphill right now and I hope this is a trend that continues in 2019.

As for Lego, this was the year I was least active so far, since I had a lot of other things on my mind and far to little time for building. Recently however, I managed to start building again, creating 4 builds and posting 8 photos, after all. Also, I had a lot of fun posting my old builds on my new Instagram account @ordo_builds, which I will continue next year.

So, I hope you had a nice 2018 and here’s to an even better 2019.

A happy New Year and cheers,

Ordo

Hi everyone, I wanted to try something new where you have the ability to play a fun game. Please don't try to cheat and tell me your guesses!

If you would like to see more please let me know down in the comments I have a lot more Family Feud questions and answers!

Hi! Today I want to show you my second build for Rebellug’s contest Vignweek 2023. The prompt for today was “Color Shading”. The idea was to build something with only one color family and as you can see I chose green color. The build shows us a mythical being, some kind of mighty deity that surely isn’t a creature that human would like to meet…

My custom Destroyer Droid with deflector shield, built for our @darktimesgroup Antolus l collab displayed at @_bricktastic 2024.

The story takes place in the early days of the Empire, and pirates take over some CIS equipment, which they are using against the Empire

I made the driod with the shield last october, after I discovered that the 8x8 dome pieces in trans blue. These are almost perfect for my droideka build, but I didn’t got to use it in any MOCs since then. The whole aesthetic of the collab, with the black round bases and raised terrain worked well to hide the connection points of the dome pieces. I also added LED lights under the shield, which gave a nice glow to the whole thing as a perfect finishing touch.

My updated version of the classic set Space Dart I. We often forget that Lego's Classic Space also included the Light Gray / Black / transparent green color scheme, so this pays homage to that.

"Welcome ladies and gentlemen,

I am glad you all agreed on my idea, to celebrate at the pool today, instead of the ballroom, as it was planned. That would surely have been too hot. And considering the fact, that even Mr. Grievous has chosen a cap instead of his cylinder today, I guess I am speaking for everyone with this..

However, enough of that, and back to why we are having this party today. The reason is, of course, the birthday of my great friend Mereel! Great to have you here today, buddy!

So, usually, I would say something about your presents at this point, but obviously none have arrived yet, because of the sudden post strike… Well, almost none, since I was able to organize something , even if it is rather something for a rainy day…

Also, who needs presents, when there are gin and juice to drink, bowls of ice cream to eat and so many nice people to talk to. I hope you have a great day, my friend and enjoy the party!

Now, before we get back to eating ice cream, tanning and swimming in the pool, let’s all raise our voices for the man of the day!

Happy birthday, Mereel!"

Happy birthday, my friend! I hope you have a great day! I think this little build fits the current temperatures around here very well. :D For those, who don’t know, we are experiencing a heat wave here in Germany, with up to 40 °C. Perfect weather to have a swim in the pool and eat tons of ice cream!

BTW: The semester is almost over and I had some more time for building again. More shots of this MoC will follow later this week and next week there is another build to come, so stay tuned!

this moc is just one of my older mocs so follow me for more

Troll BustI finished another bust with time to spare before Brickpalooza (if you want to see this and my other builds it will be at Brickpalooza in Roseville, CA on the 12 and 13th of November). This took roughly 27 hrs to build and is my largest and heaviest bust to date at over 25 inches tall! The head is pretty close to a human adult head. It pairs well with my Orc bust and the Dwarf in my pseudo-World of Warcraft-inspired builds. I hope you like it! Special thanks to my friend Blair and the Google Patent Team for the recent gifting of free Lego that helped make this build possible.

The final detail shot of my recent Takumi Chicken & Veggie vignette.

After the last few peaceful, rather city like builds, there will be some more Star Wars builds soon! I also got another exciting little build in the works, which is quite different from my usual stuff, so stay tuned!

Former police officer and the only non-cyborg on the team besides Aramaki.

Togusa is one of my favorite characters from Ghost in the Shell, since he probably remains the most human in body and soul among all the cyborgs.

I made this moving PacMan display that uses inter channel figures. The actual IDEA project page has gifs that show the moving of the figures in the build. The movement is done with a manual crank on the side of the stand which can be seen on other images in the project. The ghost figures on the stand are interchangeable with the figures you see on the side.

Here is my sixth build for the #colorwheelchallenge

Based on a purple jewel beetle.

This was built digitally in Bricklink Studio and rendered using Greyscalegorilla plugins and Octane inside Cinema 4D all made possible by a Puget Systems machine.

In a galaxy where Empire control everything, rebels continue to fight for their freedom against Imperial oppression. Jedis decide to joined them to fight alongside them to free the galaxy.

A closer look at Adrian and his snake friend, featured in my recent vignette.

“Dracomata”

Drago means dragon in Latin, and I had to combine it with automata as this seems like some Victorian clockwork. This is a clip and bar build, with almost no studful connections.

~80 hours over two weeks.

My updated custom pirate AAT tank, built for our @darktimesgroup Antolus l collab displayed at @_bricktastic 2024.

The story takes place in the early days of the Empire, and pirates take over some Trade Federation equipment, which they are using against the Empire.

I wanted to include as many of my own vehicle builds to this collaboration as possible, so I definitely wanted to use my existing AAT(s). As most people like it more and it fits the aesthetic of the collab better, we decided to use the tan, Trade Federation version.

The plan was to convert the clean original vehicle to a more weathered, older looking model, modified by the pirates. Since I only had the CIS colored version built before (2 of that), I had to build it from the ground up, based on my instructions.

There was some places tho, which I wasn’t happy with or felt outdated. So before actual building I changed parts in the design, like the main barrel and it’s attachment point, the side guns and also the big bottom dish part. Now I’m really happy with the whole design, more on that later…

Weathering and making the small additions was also really fun. I had some real military photos in mind as inspiration, like the machine gun on top at the hatch, the bags hanging on the turret, the rollbars and additional armor plates.

Here is my UCS Quadjumper moc with full interior and in minifig scale.

It had alot of challenges but I love how it turned out.

I'm very proud of the render and I hope you like it !!

I am working on the Building instructions of my last MOCs and am trying to make It more professionnal for a project with @elevenbricks11 (Stay tuned for that! 😉). I change my software. I will use Stud.io so I try different things as the Render FUNCTION!

Minifig scale version of the V-wing starfighter, with accurate proportions, details, and it can land as it seen in Revenge of the Sith and Battlefront 2 (2017).

Since I finished my very first version of this model, I was constantly updating parts of it. This latest update contains the biggest changes. While it looks quite same to previous versions, with more studless external panel, it has significant changes to the inner structure. It’s almost a new model, rather than another update, as the whole width by 1 stud, which required a lot of rework.

The main goal was to have more sleeker upper panels, as I have keept seeing new, approaches like SNOT by Malen Garek and panel-tile-SNOT hybrid by The last Brickbender

I wanted as thin edges as possible, so I went for the hybrid design, using mainly tiles on plates with overlaping panels, to create the angle. I also separated the rear part of the main panel, at the angle change, to a quite complex SNOT section, which worked out well to have accurate representation of the color scheme.

I the wings, I removed as much studs and antistuds as it was possible with maintaining details and functions. The previous versions all had a fix spacer wedged between the connections of the wings on each side. It’s funcrtion was to keep the wings at the right position in landing mode, but due to that the wings was too much in an angle in flying mode. I designed a new spacer, which can be turned to be able to change of the angle of the wings, but also can be locked in place in landing, to hold the weight of the ship.

The underside also needed a big change, now the angles and details are much more accurate.

I also changed small bits like the guns, but my favorite is the curved tubes on the underside of the cylinders at the wings, which I was able to recreate with black sausage pieces.

I’m really happy whit the this updates and I quite loving this model now.

I built this MOC to be displayed at a nearby Lego store to promote the new spice girls set. When I next go in I will post a pic.
