A minifig eye view of the lounge. My favourite bit has to be the turbolift doors. I love they way they turned out.

This build was for a client (Architecture). While the project remains undisclosed and is temporarily shelved due to COVID-19, I want to share the images before boxing up the model for a while. Hopefully this project will get revealed to the public and built at some point.
Hey everyone! In this album I'll share my latest WIPs and MOCs under construction, mainly the next skyscraper in Wasabi District!
This image, actually taken weeks ago, is a preview of what the latest skyscraper project will look like.
Also, follow @wooootles on Instagram, where I also share LEGO WIPs (and other things too, it's my personal IG account!)

Sometimes you start a MOC and it takes several years to complete it, and then another year to take proper photos of it. This is one of those MOCs.
This is my deep dive into modular buildings. So far I really like it? It is fun to create buildings that are made of all these bits of inspiration of Portland locations. The art store is a love letter to the now defunct Art Media in downtown Portland.
The largest temple in Ancient Rome, designed in characteristically Greek fashion and built under Emperor Hadrian, the third of the so-called "Five Good Emperors."

LEGO scale model of 'De Krook' city library in Ghent, Belgium.
Scale 1:500
Dimensions: 35 x 19 cm
~1500 parts
It is a modular fish market sized 64x32 studs comprising seven pavilions and few bridges. The market is divided into wet goods and dry goods zone, with shops ranged from fish stalls, flower shop and grocery stores at Ground, and cafe and restaurant on the 1st Floor. Vibrant Coral and Dark Azur are adopted as colour palette of the design. Built with several types of window frames, a huge canopy provides weather proection to the people below. Enjoy shopping and eating with proper distancing!
Vanilla House is a modern home with two floors. The ground floor house body is tan coloured and shaped like an "L". This is cut through by an inverted "L" consisting of many small plates in tan, dark tan, DBG, LBG and black.
Downstairs you find a kitchen, TV-lounge and bathroom. A black, floating staircase leads to the bedroom upstairs. The bedroom has glass walls to let in the light. The roof offers shadow.
The geometrical shapes inspired me to start building this MOC. In some way it is like a puzzle game.

Pool on Calmwater Cliff House MOC`s terrace.
Calmwater Cliff House is located on a cliff by the beach. Two floors with a terrace on each floor. Downstairs you find a spacious kitchen and dining area, a bathroom and home office. Upstairs you find a music corner with sea view, a bedroom and the main entrance.
As you see it´s a LEGO house and I´ve mainly used the colours black, dark tan, tan and reddish brown.
I wanted to make a modern home - in some way inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright and the colours of the 20th century - updated to 21st century lifestyle.
Combined LEGO scale models of the Saint Nicholas church, contemporary city pavilion and medieval Belfry tower and in Ghent, Belgium.
Scale 1:500

Modern living inspired by old open-air-bath architecture as the house is standing on pillars in water and is offering an open space for bathing in the middle.
You enter the terrace through the rock on the backside of the house. On the terrace you find a small outdoor kitchen and table with chairs made of ladders and steering wheels. Kitchen, reading corner, livingroom and sauna with shower on first floor.
The house is entered from the terrace. A high plated wall goes though this floor leading from the hallway to the master bedroom and bathroom. Here you sleep with a 180 degrees sea view.
The floor below is reached by a floating staircase attached to the wall. A corridor with a resting chair (made of life preservers) and glass cabinet combines two parts of the house. One of them is hosting a kitchen and dining area. The other one is hosting a livingroom. Here you also find a small sauna and shower room with a ladder leading directly down to the water.
This is my third house built into a rock. The other two are called "Green Rock House" and "Calmwater Cliff House".

This was my entry for the Rebrick Mini Building Madness contest where the goal was to build a mini modular building of your own design. This was a fun challenge.
"This is the office building of a cutting edge architect firm. The firm is known for it's grand buildings with heavy concrete look mixed with beatiful and odd shapes. Their own office building is a great example of their unique style. This style gathered also a lot of negative reactions from the public and the building received a not so flattering name of "Car Park". It's the type of building that at first sticks out like a sore thumb but over time becomes a major landmark of the area."
One of my three contributions to the Archbrick/BriXtar Skyscraper Challenge. Computer rendering but buildable if you have the bricks.

Spencer's recently constructed 1/650 scale model of the World Trade Center (WTC) of New York City (circa 2016?) with all five completed towers. The reality as of March 2012, is that WTC7 is complete and the other towers are in various stages of construction . WTC2 and WTC3 will only progress to the base unless major tenants are signed.

This is my personal version of a MOC of Pyramids of Gyza in Egypt in Lego Architecture style.
I know... It is not so difficult to build a pyramid in LEGO :)
So I tried to imagine its context in the desert, with a little oasis and other little pyramids really existing in Gyza.
In truth, the oasis is my wife's contribution! :)
For the addiction of the Sphinx, I have to thank Kristi, a MOCcer here on Flickr, who enlightened me about how to build it in an amazing way!
Hidden Home Park is an underground modern, sustainable home hidden in a green park. Trees, bushes and flowers. A roof and an atrium garden. Kitchen garden with herbs. Three patios with lots of windows. Two ponds and a bench where you can meditate. Two bee hives symbolize the symbiosis of animals, plants and humans.
It is my entry to the Swebrick contest Master Builder of the Year 2017 ending on March 1st 2018.
