Learn to Use Weightlifting Wrist Straps for Heavy Weights

via Tumblr bit.ly/13mKnr5 Learn to Use Weightlifting Wrist Straps for Heavy Weights: via Tumblr bit.ly/13mEcmX Learn to Use Weightlifting Wrist Straps for Heavy Weights: Weightlifting wrist straps by riptoned.com – Discover the best ways to correctly use lifting straps from Kevin Weiss of Body Performance personal fitness training Hello thereKevin Weiss from Body Performance personal fitness training, in the last 30 years of being a competitive bodybuilder both on the national and world stage as well as being a.competitive powerlifter I have actually learned a thing or 2 about what works and what doesn’t.The last thing you want when you’re dealing with a heavy weight whether it’s with deadlifts, rows, pull-ups, pull-downs or any other thing like that where your grip may become a factor is your grip to slip on you so today I am going to tell you about something I have actually made use of for many years and a fantastic weightlifting product that actually is going to help you in reaching your goals. So the product I want to share with you is the Rip Toned weightlifting padded wrist straps and I just want to offer you a very quick tutorial of the steps to correctly use these lifting workout straps.1. The 1st step that you’re going to do is you’re going to find the loop on the end of the lifting straps.2. Slide the other end through the loop.3. Then move the weightlifting strap onto your hand so the other end is hanging down your palm, you don’t want it this way over top. As well you don’t want it to be up on your wrist cause that’s not going to support everything down onto your hand.4. Tighten it up like this … and that’s ready to go.5. Now I will show you how to wrap the strap around the bar to get the tightest grip possible.6. So your starting position for this step is close to the bar with your wrist strap going underneath, don’t go overtop like this you’ll still have the ability to wrap it around like that but you’re.not going to get a tight grip this way.7. Put it underneath the same way your thumb would go underneath, you can push the lifting strap end underneath then get it on the back side with your fingers like this and pull it until it is tight.8. Now that you have it like this it’s an easy exercise of just flipping it over multiple times… if you really want to keep it tight what works great is that you do similar to a motorcycle grip or a motorcycle throttle twist it … bring it … pull it … twist it … you’re good to go.9. Then you just simply duplicate that with your other hand.Easy as that … now using Rip Toned padded weightlifting straps I have a good grip that’s not going to slip out of my hands at any point in time. All right so that’s all there is to it … real easy product and it will make a big difference in any workouts where your grip is going to be an issue.I’m Kevin Weiss from Body Performance online coaching have an excellent day.Click the link below for more information on RipToned weightlifting wrist straps for both men and women bodybuilders and powerlifters.http://bit.ly/1a7Brbs. via Blogger bit.ly/17rB0U4 via Flickr bit.ly/17rDzWr via Blogger bit.ly/17rFmKS via WordPress bit.ly/1a7Ie4L via Blogger bit.ly/16Ry2u5

"Forget It"

Learn To Say It !!

Brunch & Learn sobre Stakeholders impartido por Yolanda Román de la consultora de comunicación Atrevia celebrado el 29 de enero de 2016 en Innobasque

Learn to say hello in multiple languages!

The mad doctors at Pataphysical Studios are plotting their next art event: "Bunker Down”, a surreal happening on Saturday, Sep. 3, 2-5pm, at Battery Chester, a historic military fortification in San Francisco’s Lands End. The event will pay tribute to French poet Alfred Jarry, the founder of ‘Pataphysics — who inspired the Dada and Surrealist movements, as well as absurdist literature and postmodern philosophy.

Kudos to the intrepid Dr. Really for organizing this impromptu art event, which will give us a chance to play and reconnect with each other in a supremely pataphysical setting!

For your viewing pleasure, here are photos and a video of our walk-through this incredible space — which is now filled with gorgeous graffiti art, and soon to be adorned with original paintings and interactive art exhibits created by Pataphysical Studio artists Janey Fritsche and Marshall Smith.

At 4pm on Saturday, Priscilla Ann Wheeler ("Queen of the Desert") and yours truly, Fabrice Florin ("Dr. Fabio") will read short quotes from Jarry's grotesque character Père Ubu — who has been compared to arch-villain Donald J. Trump because of his exceptional cruelty, cowardice, greed, ignorance, vulgarity and sociopathic behavior.

Our presentation will contrast Ubu's mad quest for power with Trump’s descent into darkness, in a call-and-response performance in both French and English. All are welcome to boo, chant and cheer along with us.

Also check out some of our photos of this secret expedition. Rest assured that we had Ubu Trump de-classify them all for your viewing pleasure.

An event map with parking instructions is also included, along with the Google Maps link for this location: bit.ly/battery-chester-map

Vive la ‘Pataphysique!

How We Learn

Applying Eco-Systemic Design to Transform Higher Education for a Global World

1:20 pm - 2:20 pm MDT on Friday, June 28, 2013

Design, writ large, has always dealt with varying levels of complexity. Designing eco-systemically is more than this. It is specifically about making things that have impact in complex and evolving contexts — from impact on the most personal and intimate level to systems of action that shape contexts for possible change. Eco-systemic design is about altering the context in which things reside so as to influence how those things behave and what they mean. It is about catalyzing new practices, new perceptions, and new relationships; creating new contexts that open up radically new possibilities. In this talk, we will use two case studies to show how the tool set of eco-systemic design is applied to higher education as both a global challenge and opportunity.

How We Learn

A Seismic Shift in Our Schools: College Prep, Career Readiness, and the Common Core Revolution

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm MDT on Sunday, June 30, 2013

The world is changing and the American education system hasn’t kept pace. Experts from across the ideological spectrum agree that we must dramatically retool education in this country — but the question is how? Forty-five states and the District of Columbia have now agreed to a seismic shift in the teaching of language arts and math by embracing the Common Core State Standards. Join us for a special forum moderated by education philanthropist Lynda Resnick to hear from some of the nation’s leading experts in education and workforce development as they discuss the hard work of creating a paradigm shift in how we equip our children for a radically changing global economy.
