Learn about Letterpress and get to know your local printers! Em Space hosts the sixth annual Portland Letterpress Printers Fair on Saturday, October 12, 2013 from 12-7pm. The Fair will feature all things letterpress: vendors and suppliers of letterpress equipment, foundry type, letterpress printed cards, posters, broadsides, books, ephemera, and more! And a new event for the Fair, our Steam Powered Design Challenge, a live, large-scale, collaborative printing competition, cosponsored by Etch-Pop. Create a team, design a block, and print it with a steam-roller at the event!

CFC Middke East Conference - Day 01
It's the first day of the big event and we came late coz today my mom was supposedly be flying back to the Philippines but because of some papers from the immigration that was not properly settled, the flight was rescheduled on Sunday. It was a tiring morning coz of what happened, but we are still committed to attend and be part of the Middle East Conference that's why we still went there even though we are late.
So here we are visiting each venue for the three ministry. The Kids for Christ which when we arrived was already on the parade part. I was pulled out from the Kids for Christ documentation committee to the Couples for Christ so most of my photos was taken at the CFC Middle East Conference. But every now and then I visit the Kids for Christ and the Youth for Christ to take some shots.
The first day ended and all is well. A tiring day but full of fun. See you tomorrow.

During our honeymoon stay at Ubud Village Resort & Spa *amazing village*, we joined their 2 hours cooking class. They assigned 2 helpful chef to teach us how to cook some authentic balinese food - Soto Ayam, Pepes Ikan, Pelecing Kankung and Pisang Rai

Gibside 18th Century Pleasure Gardens, Rowlands Gill, welcomed young instrumentalists who learn in whole classes, and the massed band was joined by the Gateshead Youth Orchestra. The music celebration and WOPPING big picnic took place outside the Chapel in glorious July sunshine. Everyone was regally entertained!
The Avison Ensemble is proud to have sponsored this year’s Music Celebration Week presented by Gateshead Music Service. Hundreds of children across Gateshead were involved in workshops, sing-a-longs, demonstrations and concerts, as well as a WOPPING big, music-filled picnic at Gibside!

The Avison Ensemble is the outstanding period instrument orchestra based in Newcastle upon Tyne, which plays and popularises the music of Charles Avison (1709-1770) and other English classical composers of the Baroque period, such as Garth, Arne and Herschel. The Ensemble also performs Purcell, Handel, Vivaldi, Corelli, Geminiani, Pergolesi, Teleman, Rameau, Bach, Mozart, Haydn and Beethoven.
