Another purchase I made to experiment with a few ideas. This is a 3.5 inch LCD screen intended for installation in cars in conjunction with reversing cameras. I'll probably remove it from that housing if I use it in the build and will splice the power into a molex I think.
It cost around $19 which was right on the money for me to buy just to take apart and experiment with!
Øyvind shows their EDB project: LCD screen in a picture frame, showing random pictures on the screen saver, and works as a music box
The camera is near the numberplate and of course only shows when in reverse otherwise you get access to Sat Nav, audio, bluetooth etc.

Sigma 70-300 APO + reversed Nikon 50mm 1.8D This is the full frame, no cropping. I had to hold the 50mm lens in front of the 70-300 lens.
The setup wasn't very stable so the focus could be better, this was just my first try with this setup.
You can actually see how ClearType font anti-aliasing is implemented.

Como invitada especial acudió la presidente del Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI) en Benito Juárez, Laura Fernández Piña, quien dio un mensaje de reflexión y motivó a los asistentes a continuar festejando estas fechas en compañía de los seres queridos.
