I made this layout during the Pre-True Scrap Crop for the thINK challenge. I spray misted the letters for BOOKS (and my laptop in the process...oops). I used pen to color in some parts of a couple of the flowers. And of course pen to write the journaling. Had a lot of fun with this challenge!
The original layout was a scanned photograph of a noticeboard erected within the grounds of the abbey. It was very messy and I could not get it cleaned up so I 'traced' it using CorelDraw. It is based on my interpretation of a scanned copy of a poor print taken on a dull day so don't expect too much accuracy!
It no longer shows the ages of the various parts of the building.

I made this layout for the 5th week of sketches over at Ella's blog. I'm really having fun with those sketches and learning a lot from Donna! This layout is about our outing with cousins to a miniature park with steam trains. I cut out by hand the first word for the title and two other elements, added some brads here and there. TFL!
Nem acredito que fiquei a tarde toda fazendo essa merda '-' Eu sinceramente achei péssimo, mas mesmo assim comentem, e por favor, me digam o que eu posso fazer pra melhorar!
Mostly this was about having fun playing with paper and a cute photo... the journalling talks about how the spot my dog is hiding is where she stashes all the stuff she steals from us. :)
