I'm a day late but so wanted to try out the all black and white layout. I cheated a teeny bit because there are hints of green. I am totally in love with this layout. So much fun!

My layout today is about our holiday tradition of building gingerbread houses. I tucked the journaling in behind the photo. The tag on the left is attached to the journaling so if you pull on it the journaling will come out.

Niagara county is situated near Devanahalli International Airport. From devanahalli our project is just 6km on Vijayapura main road which is parallel to AIRPORT. This is a existing 60 feet road but proposed 120 feet main road. The east gate of airport is just 6kms from our project. It is just 1.5km drive to Vijayapura, which is a well developed town. This is a beautiful project which is already compounded land is leveled and D.C. convertions are done. we have proposed the layout map as per BIAAPA norms and waiting for NOC from BIAAPA. This is a gated property with 24 hrs security, inside there are black topped roads, neat foot paths done, metal alloy street lamps, intercom facility, broad band internet connections . We are giving you swimming pool, health club, gym and a departmental store .This project will be launched at Rs1200/= but for the first few clients we are giving Rs 900/= This project is excellent for investment & the mode of payment is also flexible. As of now you have to pay 50% we will cut the receipt sign the agreement and allot the plot balance of 50% can be paid at the time of registration.(if any body approaching the bank then you need to pay 30% now the balance 70% can be routed through the bank during which time we will get the approval and this project will be approved by major nationalized and MNC banks).
