This is the Adventure rocks / Steampunk Expedition side of my part of the LW2014 steampunk layout. Mind you, it's still Work In Progress. There's a lot to be done on the beach, the plants, and of course inhabitants and the Expedition itself with its vehicles.

Mig 1.44 was projected as Russian answer to the F-22. It was firstly named Mig 1.42, the name 1.44 was used for first prototype. General layout of this plane was accepted in June 1986. It was projected to be faster (supercruise), more maneuverable (especially over 1 Mach) and more stealthy than previous generation aircraft. In 1991 final project was ready , but year later everything slowed down due to lack of funds. Because of that, although the prototype was practically finished in 1994, first flight took place 0n 29th February 2000. Second and the last flight took place on 27th April 2000. Because of financial problems, 1.44 was aborted. There were rumors, that the project could be resurrected, but none of them became true. Mig 1.44 was a huge aircraft, it’s maximum takeoff weight was 35 tons (normal-28 tons). It was powered by two AL-41f engines, 175kN thrust each. Although the prototype did not have internal weapon bays, they were projected for serial planes. This model is made in 1:100 scale, so it’s up to scale with my Su-47.

Spilsby is a rural market town in a predominantly agricultural area of Lincolnshire. It lies on the southern edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds and north of the Fens. The railway station stood on a 4 mile long branch line between Spilsby and Firsby Junction where it connected to the main line between Cleethorpes and London.

The railway was opened in 1868 and from 1890 was operated by the Great Northern Railway. Passenger services were suspended in 1939, at the start of World War II, leaving only a freight service which continued until 1958 when the line was closed.

The layout is owned by two members of Sleaford Model Railway Club.

Here is the proposed layout for my new photoblog (drawn in MS Paint). It will have a few more features than I have listed here, obviously, and the final will be done in Dreamweaver, not Paint. Although it might look pretty sweet in Paint! I am planning for the background to look like the sky and for a styleswitcher allowing the viewer to switch from daytime to nighttime. What do you think?

Edit: It's finished! My photoblog has been laid out and it's online. It's still a work in progress, as the rest of the site isn't done, but I'm just so excited to finally have a photoblog. Check it out here: Beth Can Blog

Então, essa homepage foi feita para a divulgação do novo aplicativo que o Potterish está para lançar! Adorei a logo que foi feita na maior simplicidade...

City Palace, Jaipur, which includes the Chandra Mahal and Mubarak Mahal palaces and other buildings, is a palace complex in Jaipur, the capital of the Rajasthan state, India. It was the seat of the Maharaja of Jaipur, the head of the Kachwaha Rajput clan. The Chandra Mahal palace now houses a museum but the greatest part of it is still a royal residence. The palace complex, which is located northeast of the centre of the grid patterned Jaipur city, incorporates an impressive and vast array of courtyards, gardens and buildings. The palace was built between 1729 and 1732, initially by Sawai Jai Singh II, the ruler of Amber. He planned and built the outer walls, and later additions were made by successive rulers right up to the 20th century. The credit for the urban layout of the city and its structures is attributed to two architects namely, Vidyadar Bhattacharya, the chief architect in the royal court and Sir Samuel Swinton Jacob, apart from the Sawai himself who was a keen architectural enthusiast. The architects achieved a fusion of the Shilpa Shastra of Indian architecture with Rajput, Mughal and European styles of architecture.

The palace complex lies in the heart of Jaipur city, to the northeast of the very centre. The site for the palace was located on the site of a royal hunting lodge on a plain land encircled by a rocky hill range, five miles south of Amber (city). The history of the city palace is closely linked with the history of Jaipur city and its rulers, starting with Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II who ruled from 1699-1744. He is credited with initiating construction of the city complex by building the outer wall of the complex spreading over many acres. Initially, he ruled from his capital at Amber, which lies at a distance of 11 kilometres from Jaipur. He shifted his capital from Amber to Jaipur in 1727 because of an increase in population and increasing water shortage. He planned Jaipur city in six blocks separated by broad avenues, on the classical basis of principals of Vastushastra and other similar classical treatise under the architectural guidance of Vidyadar Bhattacharya, a man who was initially an accounts-clerk in the Amber treasury and later promoted to the office of Chief Architect by the King.

Following Jaisingh's death in 1744, there were internecine wars among the Rajput kings of the region but cordial relations were maintained with the British Raj. Maharaja Ram Singh sided with the British in the Sepoy Mutiny or Uprising of 1857 and established himself with the Imperial rulers. It is to his credit that the city of Jaipur including all of its monuments (including the City Palace) are stucco painted 'Pink' and since then the city has been called the "Pink City". The change in colour scheme was as an honour of hospitality extended to the Prince of Wales (who later became King Edward VII) on his visit. This colour scheme has since then become a trademark of the Jaipur city.

Man Singh II, the adopted son of Maharaja Madho Singh II, was the last Maharaja of Jaipur to rule from the Chandra Mahal palace, in Jaipur. This palace, however, continued to be a residence of the royal family even after the Jaipur kingdom merged with the Indian Union in 1949 (after Indian independence in August 1947) along with other Rajput states of Jodhpur, Jaisalmer and Bikaner. Jaipur became the capital of the Indian state of Rajasthan and Man Singh II had the distinction of becoming the Rajapramukh (present day Governor of the state) for a time and later was the Ambassador of India to Spain.

Digital layout idea

Seal's Love's Divine is one of my favorite songs. I just recently came to think that it is possible he isn't singing to a woman but to God... Nevertheless, Love IS divine, and in this layout I have used different papers; ripped several to create pink "clouds".

I found two scraps with pair of angels, looking adoringly up at the photos - or journal boxes, as you like.

Letters are cut from colored papers. Hearts are stickers.

Scene not in the final film.

Another Harry Styles header . Entãp eu amei muito usei fontes pouco habituais . E o layout com o meu marido ficou lindo . Não tenho jeito para escrever mesmo

This layout is for the Hero Arts March challenge (stamp layering theme). I wanted to try the stamp layering technique on a layout too and had fun doing a layout in a different format than I usually do (landscape 8.5 x 11). The grass and text stamps were first white embossed on watercolour paper. Then I used the acrylic block technique with Bundled Sage, Old Paper and Crushed Olive Distress Inks and water and perfect pearls to colour the background. The edges were masked and I stamped the Envelope Pattern stamp with Bundled Sage ink for texture. The flowers were inked with Rusty Hinge, Wild Honey, Peeled Paint and Shabby Shutters and misted with water. The butterfly was inked with Crushed Olive and Wild Honey and the Leaf Cluster with Crushed Olive and Shabby Shutters. I wrote journaling on a tag behind the layout. TFL!!

Supplies: Hero Arts stamps: Earth Flowers (CL428), Watercolor Petals (CL431), Real Garden Petals (CL430), Old Letter (CG197), Leaf Clusters (CG288), Things (CG276), Envelope Pattern (S5507); Distress Ink: Old Paper, Crushed Olive, Bundled Sage, Peeled Paint, Shabby Shutters, Rusty Hinge, Wild Honey; twine; button, pearls.

The layout is owned by two members of Sleaford Model Railway Club.

It has it's flaws (such as the inside main only has facing point left hand turnouts), but then it was designed by a member who was given little direction in how to run it. Most of the club members at that time cared very little about anything other than HO scale, which culminated in a lack of support for the N-scale room. Wish I had still been there to correct some of the issues before they became entrenched in the design.
