Plastic printed "buck" to help the box take its form and support a bit of weight (me, basically pressing down) to allow the cold set glue to tack.
Together with Stapelbädsparken we at 1scale1 hosted a one d ay lamp workshop. People from diverse background such as architechts, programmers, students and children were participating.

so some of the cuts didn't go through. so we took a hammer to the acrylic. which caused some brittleness. aftermath 2 is friends-only.
A proposta do Clube Maker de Setembro foi explorar o universo do Mobiliário Digital, uma das áreas mais tradicionais do design de produtos. Ao longo do clube, exploramos o uso de diversas ferramentas de código aberto para desenhar e prototipar projetos, tendo a fabricação digital como ponto de partida para uma pesquisa individual de cada participante.

This was my last submission and my first project using a laser cutter. I used a 18 x 32 sheet of 1/4 inch perspex. I designed the E in illustrator and then glued it together. It is 12 inches tall.
