Leider schon längst verschrottet ist die Ge 4/4 I 604 "Calanda". Im August 2009 war sie hier mit einem Engadin Star aus St. Moritz auf dem Weg nach Landquart im Prättigau bei Klosters Dorf zu sehen.
Auld lang time. Lets all wave goodbye to 2021, a year that has probably driven many of us to distraction, and at the same time seen many people sadly not make it.
I would like to wish everyone a happy new year, but I do hope it is prosperous and optimistic new beginning.
The image was taken at Harry Potter world, on my Leica X and post processed in Luminar 3.

Die etwa 600 Meter lange Klamm zwischen Reinhardsberg und Trainsjoch ist auf der südwestlichen Seite begehbar, etwa auf 60 Meter über dem Bach. Der Aufstieg erfolgt über 190 Stufen vom Kraftwerk aus. Der Zugang erfolgt über die Bleier Sag im Kiefersfeldener Ortsteil Breitenau; dort befindet sich ein großes Wasserrad.

Prunetto si trova inerpicato sul crinale che separa il torrente Uzzone dal Bormida di Millesimo. La posizione strategica e l’altezza offrono un mirabile paesaggio che spazia dall’appennino Ligure alle Alpi Cozie. Si stende anche a nord verso la Langa dove “bricchi”, poggi, colline, con i loro insediamenti, case, pievi, castelli forniscono, nell’alternanza delle sfumature cromatiche stagionali una visione d’insieme della splendida regione. Esistente ai tempi della dominazione romana, pare derivare il proprio nome dal latino prunetum, da prunus (susino, pruno) pianta spontanea perenne abbondante anticamente in questa parte dell’Alta Langa. L’aria salubre, l’ottima cucina langarola e l’ospitalità degli abitanti fanno di Prunetto un posto magico dalle antiche tradizioni; sembra sia l’unico paese dove si pratichi il gioco, quasi rituale, della “tella“, di origine feudale. Il castello, in posizione sopraelevata, domina tutto il paese e si sviluppa su un impianto a forma di trapezio. Oggi è interamente visitabile. Proprietà dei marchesi Del Carretto in età medievale, la struttura, realizzata nel XIII secolo in pietra locale, ha una forma rettangolare, con torrette quadrangolari ai lati e un torrione circolare. Gli accessi sono costituiti da due strutture ad arco, uno più stretto, per il passaggio pedonale, uno più ampio. Nel XV secolo vengono effettuate alcune trasformazioni per adattarlo a dimora civile. L’ambiente principale del castello è rappresentato da un salone a doppia altezza situato nell’ala ovest, con evidenti modifiche ottocentesche. De CT 1618 komt langs Oisterwijk gereden met een gas ketel trein richting Sittard afkomstig van uit de Sloe Haven ....
Interurban motorwagen 26 van de Shebogan Light Power and Railway Co rijdt langs Phantom lake op weg naar East Troy. Een donkere bui hult het meer reeds in het duister maar de frisse kleuren van de motorwagen lichten nog op in de laatste gedempte zonnestralen. Het trolley-touw hangt in een boog achter de motorwagen.
De houten interurban is in 1908 door de Cincinnati Car Co. gebouwd. Toen de interlokale tramlijn van Sheboygan naar Elkhart Lake in 1938 werd opgeheven kreeg de wagenbak van de motorwagen een nieuwe bestemming als zomerhuisje. In 1988 werd de bak door de museumlijn in East Troy verworven en na een jarenlange restauratie kwam het fraaie voertuig in 2005 weer op de baan.
Amerikaanse "Interurbans" zijn bijeengebracht in het "gelijknamige album".
