In addition to the lamb chops, the roasted pig and the pork tenderloin, the adventuresome might like to try a very traditional Greek specialty, kokoretsi. Personally, it's not my favorite.
Colorado lamb with tzatziki sauce, Orzo pasta salad w/ cucumber, tomato, kalamata olives & feta cheese plus homemade hummus & flat bread. Sometimes we eat like royalty.
Having some technical difficulties, but I'll stop back later today.
I recently learned that Shari Lewis loved to go into restaurants and order lamb chops, rare.
These were quite tasty.
1 table spoon oilive oil 1 tablespoon butter in very high heat in pan. Introduce lamb chops and cover with glass cover so you can see progress. 4 minutes on each side for medium rare. Served with stove top stuffing and brussel sprouts. Accompany with mint jelly
