Yesterday's news was about Leone Kimba walking through Ladispoli (Rome, Italy).

How long will the list of animals that have sought freedom in vain be?

Tyke's escape, after killing his trainer, ended with 86 shots. Enough Circus!

Basta Circo!

Let's hope that the lion that escaped yesterday from the circus in Ladispoli (Rome, Italy) survives the sedation, because this was not the case for Alexander, the giraffe that escaped from a circus in Imola. And many other animals were killed to stop the escape. Enough Circus! Respect for animals!

The Torre Flavia, located between Ladispoli and Cerenova (Marina di Cerveteri), is a roman monument which was restored several times in the Middle Ages. In the sixteenth century it was rebuilt by Cardinal Flavio Orsini but during the second world war it was damaged it irreparably by allied bombing. It looks like it was a lightning that split it into three parts!

Anyway it is a well know location for roman photographes.

I knew this place since I was a kid as it is easily reachable by foot from the Cerenova beach.
