Newly released Aladdin Animators' Collection Doll. He is the first Disney Prince, and the second male (after Kristoff) that has been made in Toddler form by the Disney Store. He comes with a mini plush Abu as his sidekick.
Part of my haul from the Disney Store on Thursday July 16, 2015. I used my Disney Store Friends and Family coupon to get 25% off a lot of newly released toys, that I've held off buying until now. The sale continues until Sunday, so I may go back to the store with another coupon to get more goodies. I got the three new plush Toddler dolls of Snow White, Tinker Bell and Jasmine. I got the new Aladdin Animators' Collection doll, the Jasmine Deluxe Singing Doll Set, and the Rapunzel Animators' Collection Mini Doll Playset. I have not deboxed any of the last three dolls.
P.S.: My Disney Store had a restocked Inside Out section. Most of the previously sold out Inside Out toys are now back in stock, except for the Tsum Tsum.

Deboxing my new Kristoff Animators' doll. Photographed under natural lighting. First the doll is removed from the box by breaking the seals on the top lid, and sliding the backing tray out. The doll is still attached to the backing and plastic spacer by wires and rubber bands. He is about 1/2'' taller than the other Animators' dolls, which explains why his head is tilted so he could fit in the box.
First look at the Animators' Kristoff Doll. I will photograph boxed, during deboxing and fully deboxed. I will also pose him with comparable dolls.

PERSONAL FUN FACT written by my sister: Kristoff is definitely my favorite character in Frozen. He says the funniest things. A lot of people like Olaf best, but I've preferred Kristoff since the first five minutes he was on screen. It's interesting that our second Kristoff doll came in a 2 pack with Anna, just like our first. As our other Kristoff is more deluxe, being dressed for the troll wedding, it is cool to have found one that is more basic. We found Kristoff and Anna together at the Salvation Army in July of 2019. We were on our way home from my job and I wanted to try to call my Aunt to see if she was home. We needed to kill time while my phone charged, so we stopped at the Salvation Army. I was delighted to discover Monster High and Disney! They seem to be things we find there far more often now. We were also delighted to have both Anna and Kristoff. Shelly was going to get Anna anyway, as her dress is fabric and not molded, unlike a lot of other dolls we see nowadays. Yet getting her and Kristoff together was excellent! I like keeping dolly couples together. It seems romantic. I'm a little disappointed that his pants are molded to his body. It gives him an awkward shape. However, unlike my other Kristoff, he doesn't have a hole in his head to insert the peg that holds on his headdress. Kristoff has a very nice, honest face with an especially large nose. I think it is really cute! He and Anna are wonderful additions to the little Frozen section in Shelly's room!

I deboxed the Troll Wedding Anna and Kristoff Doll Set in April 2016 (nine months ago), but I am finally getting around to now uploading detailed photos of them. Anna herself looks lovely, but I still think their costumes make them look cheap and silly. Also the troll wedding sequence was my least favorite part of Frozen. So this is my least favorite Designer Fairytale doll set.
I got them in store on their release day, November 3, 2015. They are #1079 of 6000.
Slowly but surely my Kristoff character from Disney 'Frozen' is growing!
I am waiting on one more in the mail then I can do a group shot.

***The doll on the right is wearing 202) Disney Store Frozen Deluxe Fashion Gift Set Anna's outfit.
PERSONAL FUN FACT: This Anna doll, on the left, is so preciously adorable! I'm a sucker for Mattel Anna dolls, especially ones sold in 2 packs like this lady. Why? Well, my first ever Frozen dolls were the Troll Wedding Anna and Kristoff set. I spotted this Anna at the local Salvation Army in July of 2019. Colleen and I made an unplanned pitstop into the store after her work let out one day. I wasn't expecting to come home with any dolls, because the past few times we'd been to this store, we hadn't found anything. On many of these occasions, the toy section was barren without a single doll to be seen. But this day proved me wrong--we came home with quite the impressive haul--2 boxed dolls, Monster High, and of course Anna/Kristoff. I thought at first that this Anna was the separately sold version (their outfits are different by the way). But a moment later, I noticed Kristoff sitting on the same shelf, in an unkempt state. Immediately, I remembered seeing this pack while working on a Mattel Disney dolls guide for myself. I was so ecstatic to find both dolls together, and for $1 each! It's always such a special experience when you find a couple or doll family still intact. I know that dolls don't really have "feelings," but to me they are little people who are aware of their surroundings. Both dolls barely looked played with. I'm so glad that this Anna, unlike my Troll Wedding girl, has full fabric clothes with no molded bits. That makes her so much more versatile, especially if I want to dress her up differently for a playful photoshoot!
Honestly, I'll never know for sure how my doll on the right was originally packaged. Like with many circumstances, this Anna was given a generic facial screening and hair style. I will say that Mattel mostly made Anna dolls with molded clothing...so that narrowed it down a little. This adorable creature was part of the "Mountains of Monsters Lot." My sister and I were sent a gigantic gift box in March of 2023...well there were actually TWO shipping packages since there were SO many dollies. Anyways, I didn't see any evidence of who this Anna was in her past life. I decided to call her the same as this "2 Pack" Anna doll until further notice. If I obtain another outfit in the future that matches this facial screening/hairstyle, her identity will change.
The Frozen Sleigh Wind-Up Toy, which I bought at the Disney Store today, Monday January 5, 2015. It was released today along with many other Frozen merchandise. It is $6.95, which I think is a decent price for this toy. It also has a battery operated sound box, which plays a recorded conversation between Anna and Kristoff as they ride the sleigh. Olaf is hanging on to the back of the sleigh. The wind up mechanism enables the sleigh to move fairly rapidly on a hard flat surface. It is 4 1/2'' long.

PERSONAL FUN FACT written by my sister: This shirt is a very soft material. It's stitching and the way the sleeves and collar are cut make it distinguishable. I actually like it and think it's nice quality, though I wish he had cloth pants as well. This simple off-white top reminds me of a similar tunic that Shelly tried to make for her Phoebus doll to wear on display years ago. It looks very much like what a peasant would wear. I suppose this fits as Kristoff doesn't seem like a guy with a lot of money. It is an interesting piece that could easily be used in a skit, because it is so simple. It's simplicity makes it really stand out.

And the pick of the litter, my favourite man meat Kristoff. I adore his dumb nise and his dumb face and his dumb character and I’ve gotten the biggest dumbest disney crush.
His clothes are padded so he looks bigger and cuddlier than other male dolls and I do love the use of fleece and fur to mimic his movie clothes. My favourite thing is his pointy toe boots though since they’re specifically paint washed to look worn and weathered. His gloves surprisingly didn’t stain his hands but since I already stuck his head on another body it really didn’t matter to me.
His body is kind of the shittiest male body I’ve seen since it’s sooooooo bizarrely proportioned, the legs are really rubbery and his arms don’t even swivel, they just bend in one direction.
But yeah I’m insanely happy how perfect his dumb face because it’s what i fell in love with and happy how well his head hybrids with the Dragon brand body.
Happy fathers day 2015 ( 06-21-15)

So...after Hollywood Studios Frozen Summer Fun, I'm not sure I can hear "Let It Go" ever again! I will say that the sing along is cute and I wouldn't be too surprised to see that hang in after the festival ends.
