Kitchens are not usually something I fine use for in a home in SL but decided to do one in our home yesterday. I am quite enjoying the space actually, especially the cool animations in the kitchen! PG of course ;-)
Ambient with flash layer to hold dynamic range. SB800 into ceiling, SB800 on floor bounced for lower cabinets.
This is my last full-scale diorama for a while. It was the source of much procrastination and anxiety. Kitchens aren’t my thing, so designing one for Yuri, who can be, um, persnickety, was a daunting task.

An attractive young woman on the home front prepares a wartime meal. Looks like summertime. Found photo. Interesting how some 1940s hairdos came back in the 1980s.
I'm sorry this is not the best quality. I'm playing with the settings on my camera and need to work with it some more to get a sharper image. With all the lovely sun coming in today, there's some glare by the window....no complaints though!!
A potential 52frames submission for week15 ‘In the Kitchen’. One of my first subject ideas for this week although I have since retaken it a few times as well as tried to tackle other kitchen objects.

This was shot for the owner of a rental property. I used several layers of lighting for this shot; one ceiling bounce for the dining table, two or three for fill, one back light for the bottle and glasses, one for window pull, and a few to cast light onto the table outside. Finally, I threw some light onto the kitchen from outside, to introduce some shadows. I used a Profoto B1 for all pops.

This is the "AFTER" of our kitchen. This is a brand new house, and we brought the stove with us and had the kitchen built to fit it. The countertops were perfectly plain white laminate, but they were taking a beating with craft projects and general wear and tear. As much as I don't usually love granite, I can't keep up with marble and tile gets too dirty. So, we found a pretty pale and subtle granite we actually kinda liked and also added subway tile. I was originally going to repaint the kitchen with the same aqua in the hallway. I replaced the knobs with Anthropologie aqua knobs and have the old aqua mixer and all my other aqua accessories. I don't know, the apple green really grew on me. This is Benjamin Moore "Folk Art" that loves the lighting in this house.
My future kitchen. How I see it, at least I'm not going to starve ;)

These came with the kitchen, too. I wasn´t sure about them at first but as soon as they were grey (they were black before) I liked them so they´ll stay for now.

lots going on here there are three images here mainly to give options to the client different styling and chair layouts that are in different layers to make it easy for the client to choose.
430 on top triggering 2 sb 80s to the right, bare bounce and 2 to the left through soft boxes. separate exposure for the stove and for the cooker
For editorial use and a kitchen manufacturer this image will have another final touch up if it is selected, plug sockets and light fittings will be removed and a fire might be added
