Joined by the Chief Advisor of SoDel Concepts Alan Levin, Department of Correction leaders, members of the BWCI Garden Club, and others, Governor Markell will participate in a ribbon cutting ceremony for the recently constructed BWCI greenhouse. Construction for the greenhouse was supported through funding raised by attendees at the May, 2015 ‘Breaking Bread Behind Bars’ event at the prison when students in the BWCI culinary program worked alongside chefs from the Delaware restaurant group SoDel Concepts to prepare a four-course meal. The new greenhouse will enhance the culinary and horticulture program at BWCI and inmate members of the prison’s Garden Club will share their stories of how this new facility is supporting their efforts to learn new skills during their incarceration.

I'm tired, boss.

Tired of being on the road, lonely as a sparrow in the rain.

I'm tired of never having a buddy to be with, to tell me where we's going to, coming from or why.

Mostly, I'm tired of people being ugly to each other.

I'm tired of all the pain I feel and hear in the world every day.

There's too much of it. It's like pieces of glass in my head, all the time...

...Can you understand?

Right then, down the road we go!

Join us in our bid to raise as much money as possible for MacMillan Cancer Support, a charity which is close to our hearts here at PCRG for their exemplary continued care and support of our team mate Jukes #01 during her illness. 100% of the profits from both the door and the raffle will be donated to Macmillan Cancer Support - let's see how much we can raise!

PCRG will be taking on Cornwall Roller Derby in a rematch of both teams first ever public bout - the score of that first game was 161 - 89 to CRD - this time around we want to reverse that score and take home the win.

There will also be a mixed opener for anyone that would like to skate in memory of Jukes - the teams have been co-ordinated and we have TEAM YELLOW taking on TEAM PURPLE - we have one or two spots still available - contact us if you can fill them - skater tickets are £10 including a t-shirt and a donation to Macmillan :-).

Tickets for spectators are just £5, an absolute bargain as we will have a Vintage Fair with many vendors selling a range of vintage clothes, accessories and household items.

We will have Swing Dancing during the day and as our half time entertainment as well as an AWESOME raffle filled with brilliant prizes. After all the fun and games during the day we'll be heading to The Vauxhall Quay to partake in one of Jukes' favourite activities...a whole lotta dancing!!

Click below for your tickets now, or if you can't attend but would like to donate, then head over to our JustGiving page at www.justgiving.com/Jukinjamboree

Yep, got to see bellydancers again today. Even though they were upstaged by a bee for photo of the day (hey, it's not everyday you find a good bee to photograph) I just had to post this detail shot of interlinked pinkies and zill playing during one of the dances. I love getting details like this!

CAMP ARIFJAN — Hundreds of Soldiers and civilians joined the 143d Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), an Army Reserve Command based out of Orlando, Fl., and the 3rd Medical Command (Deployment Support) out of Forest Park, Ga., for the U.S. Army Reserve’s (USAR) 106th birthday five kilometer run Apr. 23 here.

Today, more than 19,000 Army Reservists serve in direct support of Army Service Component Commands and Combatant Commands across the globe; include nearly 4,000 Soldiers in Afghanistan and more than 1,000 Soldiers stationed in Kuwait.

The U.S. Army Reserve traces its beginnings to April 23, 1908, when Congress passed Senate Bill 1424. This act authorized the Army to establish a reserve corps of medical officers. The Secretary of War could order these officers to active duty during time of emergency. This was the nation's first Federal Reserve. Four years later, a provision of the Army Appropriations Act of 1912 created the Regular Army Reserve, a Federal Reserve outside the Medical Reserve Corps authorized in 1908.

The first call-up of the Army Reserve came in 1916 as a result of tensions between the United States and Mexico caused by the Mexican bandit, Francisco "Pancho" Villa, and the subsequent punitive expedition after Villa led by Brig. Gen. John J. Pershing. For a time, it looked like there might be a war between Mexico and the United States and for the first, but not the only time, the Army looked to its citizen-soldiers for added strength and expertise.

The celebration will continue tonight at a mass re-enlistment & awards ceremony, followed by a USAR video presentation and cake cutting event. The 143d ESC is scheduled to re-deploy after serving more than 8 months overseas, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

“If your only goal is to become rich, you’ll never achieve it,” says, the lord Empire brotherhoodshood

His point was simple: when the only thing you care about is making money, no amount of money is ever enough. What you have always put ales in comparison to what you don’t have and could have.

That’s why true success always involves a lot more than money… but even so, while we all define success differently (as well we should), most of us do factor some degree of wealth into our success equations.

So how do you become super rich? First embrace one fact: you’ll never get there on salary alone. join us in the word we will show you the secret of money and wealth call+2349082603448 or email us on
