Captain Jack Sparrow alias Cardiff Jack Sparrow www.facebook.com/CardiffJackSparrow?hc_location=stream
Jack Sparrow, ou melhor, Capitão Jack Sparrow.
Esse desenho eu fiz como trabalho de faculdade. Desenhei com pastel seco, copiando a olho de uma imagem que peguei na internet.
Can you tell how much I love the new guy? He is a bit of dolly perfection..........one of the best male dolls Mattel has ever done, IMHO.
Can't really see the pictures here too well, but clockwise starting at the top left: Surprised, Mischevious, Serious (Very rare), Drunk.
Premiere day of Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides (at dland) & the last day of my Pirate promoting..until the day is closer ;D
The tote on the left..from my sister. The top right Jack Sparrow sticker thing is for my phone (thanks, ll) which I think I'll change today. No more Minnie and Mickey. The skull sticker is from last night - they were giving them out at the theater.
FYI - Something Borrowed is what we watched last night and it was really cute! I read the books a few years ago and they made the movie well.
Then the box on the bottom (yay reflections) is also a gift from my bestie and the middle picture is how it looks when it's lit up: the famous whistling scene at the end of the attraction at dland. And this concludes my pirate theme ..phew.
Two weeks to go until the movie comes out..yay!!
Tonight I'm going to go watch THOR (I know you must have already seen it, Keltron!)..because the dude in it is *sizzle sizzle hot*! My sister actually knows the story (I think) but we both want to watch. Looks good even though I have no idea what it's really about. :X
Made my Scott Blake :)
My new Jack Sparrow wig arrived yesterday (courtesy of the best Jack Sparrow costume designer in the world Mr. Scott Blake [costume & SFX designer for film & stage]) and today I had a chance to try it on. Keep in mind these are just a few quick shots and I did not use 2 trinkets that came with the wig and the double beard breads. The eyeliner was minimal and very simple just to showcase the wig. It's the 'On Stranger Tides' version and it is I swear exactly like the one Johnny uses on that movie. All the very same trinkets, bead strands and dreadlocks. Notice the hanging key, the celtic cross, all the same exact details. Unbelievably screen accurate. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if Johnny actually got his from Scott... Needless to say, I couldn't be happier!
Rupert did exactly what Jack suggested. He tried something new. The decision, however, proved to be a poor one. He should have taken the left shoe instead...

Mainly playing a few minutes before dusk with my new beautiful 50mm lens. But I realized that Lego pirates were good subjects.
