My cousin and I were both snapping away with the discovery of this very little frog in my parents yard.
This is Itty Bitty inviting you to play the game.
"What game?", you ask?
Why, the game of "how long can you pet the cats tummy before she turns psychotic and eats part of your hand", that's what game!
Sometimes you'd get like 10-15 seconds. That was level 1.
Then other times, she'd let you pet her for a few minutes, and then get up WITHOUT BITING YOU. Ah, level 2.
But the 3rd level was her specialty. You'd pet her, get past level 1 and you'd be in level 2 country. You're thinking,"Wow, I've been petting her for a long time now, and she's started purring! I bet she likes this!" You'd be paralyzed, afraid to move for fear of scaring her out of it. Then, OH NO, you move and she starts to get up. "Ah, crap, well Level 2 was fun." But no, she'd settle back down and the tummy rubs would re commence, going on for a while. You get complacent, start resting your hand on her tummy. She's a furry hand rest now. AND NOW YOUR HAND IS BEING GRIPPED BY ALL FOUR OF HER LEGS AND SHE IS EATING YOUR HAND!!!! SUCkER!!!! Go ahead, try to shake her off of your arm. It doesn't matter, your arm is no match for her. You need some bologna, stat. level 3.
See, if a dog had done that it would have been assault. But a little kitty? Adorable.
