The 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade, provided aerial support to the paratroopers of the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, during a training event in support of Operation Devil Thunder, July 25. The community enjoyed international food, dance and music during the 38th annual International Folk Festival at Festival Park in downtown Fayetteville, Sunday. The two-day event included a parade of nations on Saturday and performances from international musicians throughout both days. The 82nd Airborne Division Band entertained the crowd with two different performances - rock and fusion music on Saturday and jazz music on Sunday. Crowds enjoyed food from over 30 countries prepared by local residents from around the world.
