ipod shuffle + idog = music
Wanted to do something different for HBW this week... Here is what I came up with amongst my flower shots... :)
HBW!!! :)
In anticipation of traveling to the beach, I decided to make a little simple cover for my ipod touch! I used some park slope fabric and a little interfacing! Fits like a glove :)
I am off to the beach until Monday night! I should be able to pop in at some point over the weekend, but probably not much! Hope everyone has a lovely weekend, see you all soon!
iPod Nano and Sony Noise Cancelling headphones. Nice to sit back and shut out the world while listening to the stuff I have chosen to save on here.
260/365
My iPod video had a bad headphone connector.
After hearing that it might be pretty expensive to fix it I decided to dive in myself and install an new higher power battery as well while I was at it.
Scary stuff.
So I went out and bought one of the new video iPods to replace my
Nomad Zen. To be honest, the video feature didn't turn me on nearly
as much as the photo feature did. I love being able to have all my
pictures with me whenever, and having them backed up along with all my
music is a pretty comforting thought. Thank you iPodCopy.com!
I also got the Belkin "Road Trip". It's the nice FM
transmitter/charger dock that it's sitting on here. It's not as loud
as a CD plays, but it's very clear. I've heard from people that the
range on it is quite impressive.
I hope it is.
I drove around for a while with it tuned into 105.5, a local rap
station. It almost always came in clear for me. Occasionally it
would have a little hiccup. Hopefully anyone driving next to me would
have their bootylicious boom-boom music interrupted by some music with
an actual chords and rhythms. Merry early X-mas punks.
Now... if I can only find a way to amplify the signal that doesn't A)
cost me $1million B) electrocute me that badly C) take too much effort
in which case I'll get bored and move on to something different.
If I can make 1/2 mile no-rap-station bubble around my truck I would
be in one blissful place. I know they still have CDs, but if even one
of them had their garbage music interrupted by something decent, my
mission will be accomplished.
