Ever curious what the inside of your Gen4 iPOD looks like. Not me...well anymore. So the other day I popped open the iPOD to check it out and see what makes it tick.
Really it is quite simple, not a lot to it... I do have to confess, that this one was broken before I opened it. Something was up with the hard drive. Songs were skipping and I couldn't even get it to sync with the computer anymore. Looking online there are quite a few people that were having this same issue. All of them did various thing (non worked for me) and the only thing left was to send it back to Apple for repair. So that is when I decided to just open it up and call it a loss.
Anyway, we got Ash a Nano and I took her Gen4 to replace my broken one :)
iPod Hoodie was made using the tunisian knit stitch with a afghan crochet hook, and yarn needle for finishing. One of my favorite projects! :)
This is my iPod Touch or I call it "bTouch" haha. Complete with a nice Leather Griffin Portfolio Case.

I set my camera up for a 15 second exposure, and thend walked out in front of it with my iPod light on.
I joked about iPods being sold in vending machines before. But seriously? In real life? Yes. iPods are now sold in vending machines at Macy's. All we need now are vending machines that sell vending machines...
I just caught this as I was purging some spam and have to admit it caught my attention as I am sure was the intention. It's a total rip on the iPod ad treatment, minus the white headphones... best spam I've seen in a while. A for creativity. F for Spam.
Thankfully, they have long since graduated from kiddie tunes - yesterday they were singing along to the Red Hot Chili Peppers with me.
Yes, I'm holding onto 2 Ipod Nanos... Nah, the black is for my bro while the white is mine. So small, 2 can be fitted onto my palm. Cool!
My Share the Love Heart Swap creation! I knitted the iPod cosy using the magic Loop, lined it with a floral fabric, and embellished it with cross stitch, a knitted heart (also made with a Magic Loop :) ), and some decorative embroidery. I attached a bright ribbon and finished it off with a tasseled fringe..Voila, it is finished! :)
