ENG: As you can see, I was this year a little on sea bridge hunting in the Lübeck Bay. So the way led me from day to day initially from Travemünde to Timmendorfer beach pictured here via Scharbeutz to Kellenhusen.
Over the thumb, the region Timmendorf is ehr something extravagant and requires a larger purse. Nice side effect is that you get a very nice beach head cinema offered with so many Pimped'People. ☻ Since 2011, the new approximately 150-meter-long Seeschlösschen Bridge now exists. At the bridgehead, a 36 by 16 meter platform was erected, on which a pagoda-shaped building was erected, that Mikado teahouse. Partial areas of the floor are made of glass and allow a view of the sea below, as well as a ship dock on the side. Currently, the teahouse houses a restaurant called "Cloudless".

GER: Wie man ja feststellen kann, war ich dieses Jahr ein wenig auf Seebrücken Jagd in der Lübecker Bucht. So führte mich der Weg von Tag zu Tag anfangs von Travemünde zum hier abgebildeten Timmendorfer Strand über Scharbeutz nach Kellenhusen.
Übern Daumen gepeilt, ist die Region Timmendorf ehr etwas extravagant und bedarf eines größeren Geldbeutels. Netter Nebeneffekt ist dabei aber, dass man ein sehr schönes Strand-Kopf-Kino geboten bekommt bei so vielen Pimped‘People. ☻ Seit 2011 existiert nun die neue rund 150 Meter lange Seeschlösschenbrücke. Am Brückenkopf wurde eine 36 mal 16 Meter große Plattform errichtet, auf der ein Gebäude in Pagodenform errichtet wurde, dass Mikado-Teehaus. Teilflächen des Fußbodens bestehen aus Glas und ermöglichen den Blick auf das darunterliegende Meer sowie ein seitlicher Schiffsanleger. Aktuell beherbergt das Teehaus ein Restaurant namens „Wolkenlos“.

ENG: The castle ruins world of Ehrenberg during strong storms and thunderstorms. A completely different experience than always only super weather with inspections.
Ehrenberg Castle is the ruin of a high castle at 1100 m above sea level south of Reutte in Außerfern in Tyrol, Austria. It was built in 1290 and belonged to a count tribe. The castle ruin is the centre of one of the most important fortress ensembles in Central Europe. The castle is dominated by the baroque fortress Schlosskopf, below it the Ehrenberger Klause blocks the valley.To the east of the main road, Fort Claudia completes the fortification system.
The castle ensemble was once regarded as an impenetrable bulwark and was the most important customs post between the northern and southern trade routes of Europe. Today the Klause with its surrounding castles and fortresses is probably one of the oldest and most important fortifications in the northern Tyrolean foothills of the Alps.
GER: Die Burgruinen Welt von Ehrenberg bei starkem Sturm und Gewitter. Eine ganz andere Erfahrungen als immer nur super Wetter bei Besichtigungen.
Die Burg Ehrenberg ist die Ruine einer Höhenburg in 1100 m Höhe südlich über Reutte im Außerfern in Tirol Österreich. Diese wurde 1290 errichtet und gehörte einen Grafen Stamm ab. Die Burgruine ist der Mittelpunkt eines der bedeutendsten Festungsensembles Mitteleuropas. Die Burg wird von der barocken Festung Schlosskopf überragt, unterhalb sperrt die Ehrenberger Klause das Tal. Östlich der Bundesstraße vervollständigt das Fort Claudia das Befestigungssystem.
Einst galt das Burgenensemble als uneinnahmbares Bollwerk und war wichtigste Zollstation zwischen der nördlichen und südlichen Handelsroute Europas. Heute gehört die Klause mit den umgebenden Burgen und Festungen wohl zu den ältesten und wichtigsten Festungsanlagen im nördlichen Tiroler Voralpenland.
ENG: The biggest loneliness on the subway station Bundestag at the U55 line in the Berlin district of Mitte. In 2020, this station will be fully operational, then the smallest subway line will be launched as the U5 extension.
GER: Die große Einsamkeit auf dem U-Bahnhof Bundestag der Linie U55 im Berliner Bezirk Mitte. Spätestens 2020 ist dieser Bahnhof dann voll in Betrieb, dann geht die kleinste U-Bahnlinie komplett an den Start als U5 Verlängerung.

ENG: Yesterday we as a family finally had time to visit a Christmas market. A little Christmas spirit with mulled wine and just let the soul dangle. To see is the Kurfürstendamm with a view to the Memorial Church. Honestly, the Ku'damm also looked just gorgeous with all the lights.

GER: Gestern hatten wir als Familie endlich Zeit, den Besuch eines Weihnachtsmarktes hinzubekommen. Ein wenig Weihnachtliche Stimmung mit Glühwein und einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen. Zu sehen ist der Kurfürstendamm mit Blick zur Gedächtniskirche. Ganz ehrlich, der Ku‘damm sah auch einfach herrlich aus mit den vielen Lichtern.

The big mountain called "Säuling" in the background is the landmark of the region. For a few days we stopped in Füssen, directly at the German-Austrian border. And since the days were very very warm, we also spent quite a long time at the Hopfensee and could enjoy this wonderful sunset.
Hopfen am See is a district of the Bavarian town of Füssen in the Swabian district of Ostallgäu in Germany and almost a stone's throw from Austria. The air and Kneipp spa, which is characterized by tourism, is located on the northern shore of the Hopfensee about four kilometers northwest of Füssen and offers a beautiful view towards the Alps.

GER: Sommer Urlaubs Impressionen. ☻
Der große Berg Namens „Säuling“ im Hintergrund ist das Wahrzeichen der Region. Ein paar Tage lang hatten wir Stopp in Füssen gemacht, direkt an der deutsch-österreichischen Grenze. Und da die Tage sehr sehr warm waren, sind wir auch ziemlich lange am Hopfensee gewesen und konnten diesen wunderbaren Sonnenuntergang genießen.
Hopfen am See ist ein Stadtteil der bayerischen Stadt Füssen im schwäbischen Landkreis Ostallgäu in Deutschland und fast einen Steinwurf von Österreich entfernt. Der vom Tourismus geprägte Luft- und Kneippkurort liegt am Nordufer des Hopfensees etwa vier Kilometer nordwestlich von Füssen und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick in Richtung der Alpen.

A Csörge-tó kiszáradt medre és környéke volt az egykori szekszárdi rockfesztivál helyszíne. 2010-ben volt itt az utolsó Rockmaraton, Magyarország egyik legrégibb fesztiválja, amelyet 1991-től kezdve rendeztek meg. 2019-ben felcsillant a remény, hogy a Csörge és környéke vonzó szekszárdi szabadidős parkká és turisztikai célponttá válhat, illetve eco parkká alakulhat.

ENG: I love this bridge, for me it is the most beautiful bridge in Berlin. The Oberbaumbrücke connects the two districts „Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain“ of Berlin. It was used as a customs bridge in the past century and today it is served by the subway line 1 and 3.

GER: Ich liebe diese Brücke, für mich ist das die schönste von ganz Berlin. Die Oberbaumbrücke verbindet die beiden Bezirke „Kreuzberg und Friedrichshain“ von Berlin. Sie diente in einem vergangenen Jahrhundert als Zollbrücke und heute fährt auf ihr die U-Bahn Linie 1 und 3!
ENG: Storkow Castle, as the oldest castle in Brandenburg, surrounded by lakes is an ideal starting point to explore the small town and its surroundings. Whether the WithMakePark Irrlandia or the Storkow Lake. The castle was first mentioned in a document of Otto IV in 1209. Today, the listed castle houses a visitor center, a permanent exhibition and a gastronomic section.

GER: Die Storkower Burg, als älteste Burg Brandenburgs, inmitten von Seen ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um die kleine Stadt und seine Umgebung zu erkunden. Ob das MitMachPark Irrlandia oder der Storkower See. Urkundlich wurde die Burg erstmals 1209 in einem Dokument Otto IV. erwähnt. Heute beherbergt die denkmalgeschützte Burg ein Besucherzentren, eine Dauerausstellung sowie einen Gastronomischen Teil.
ENG: In my smartphone memory is now a bit longer a small picture series with 7 photos of the newest subway station of Berlin. The speech is here from the subway station Museum Island (Museumsinsel).
The "Museuminsel" subway station is one of three of the newest subway stations in Berlin's Mitte district of the same name. It is part of the extension of the U5 underground line from Hönow deep in the east of the city beyond Alexanderplatz to Brandenburg Gate and on to the terminus at Hauptbahnhof. Construction had its groundbreaking ceremony in 2010 and it was ceremonially opened in mid-2021. The mega highlight here is the integrated starry sky. The other two new stations are also already in operation and bear the names "Rotes Rathaus" and "Unter den Linden".

GER: In meinem Smartphone Speicher liegt jetzt schon etwas länger eine kleine Bilder Serie mit 7 Fotos vom neusten U-Bahnhof Berlins. Die Rede ist hier vom U-Bahnhof Museumsinsel.
Der U-Bahnhof „Museumsinsel“ ist einer von drei der neusten U-Bahnhöfe im Berliner Ortsteil Mitte des gleichnamigen Bezirks. Er ist Teil der Verlängerung der U-Bahn-Linie U5 von Hönow tief im Osten der Stadt über den Alexanderplatz hinaus zum Brandenburger Tor bis zur Endstation Hauptbahnhof. Der Bau hatte seinen ersten Spatenstich 2010 und er wurde Mitte 2021 feierlich eröffnet. Das mega Highlight ist hier der integrierte Sternenhimmel. Die anderen zwei neuen Bahnhöfe sind ebenfalls schon in Betrieb und tragen die Namen „Rotes Rathaus“ sowie „Unter den Linden“.
ENG: At night to an Suburban train station in the Berlin district of Prenzlauer Berg. The S-Bahn at Greifswalder Straße is once again late. Waiting on the platform is easier if you can take a few pictures. As here for example with an empty advertising board as an eye-catcher.
GER: Nachts auf einen S-Bahnhof im Berliner Bezirk Prenzlauer Berg. Die S-Bahn an der Greifswalder Straße hat mal wieder Verspätung. Da macht sich das warten auf dem Bahnsteig doch leichter wenn man ein paar Bilder machen kann. Wie hier zum Beispiel mit einer leeren Werbetafel als Blickfang.
ENG: The Leipzig Central Station is the city's most central passenger station and ranks 13th among Deutsche Bahn's busiest long-distance stations with around 120,000 travelers and visitors every day. The rail hub and terminus station with 23 platform tracks, 22 of which are used for passenger traffic, is one of the 21 stations in the highest price category of DB Station&Service. With a covered area of 83,640 square meters, it is the largest terminus station in Europe in terms of area. Another highlight is the façade of the reception building facing the city center, which is 298 meters wide. The now historic main station was built and opened on December 4, 1915.

Der Eisenbahnknoten und Kopfbahnhof mit 23 Bahnsteiggleisen, von denen 22 im Reiseverkehr genutzt werden, gehört zu den 21 Bahnhöfen der höchsten Preisklasse von DB Station&Service. Er ist mit einer überdachten Grundfläche von 83.640 Quadratmetern der flächenmäßig größte Kopfbahnhof Europas. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Fassade des Empfangsgebäudes zur Innenstadt hin, diese ist 298 Meter breit. Erbaut und eröffnet wurde der heute historische Hauptbahnhof am 04. Dezember 1915.
ENG: The Café Octagon is a joking name for certain public urinals in Berlin. These urinals consist of seven green-painted cast-iron wall segments and form an octagonal floor plan. The eighth wall is missing and forms the entrance, where a screen in front of it, made of at least three segments, forms a visual screen. The design for these urinals came from the city architect Carl Theodor Rospatt in 1878. In 1920, there were about 142 of these urinals in Greater Berlin. Even today, some surviving examples can still be found in the cityscape. They provide standing room inside for seven males. The one pictured is located in Moabit at Unionplatz, Siemensstreet ecke Oldenburger Street.

GER: Das Café Achteck ist eine scherzhafte Bezeichnung für bestimmte öffentliche Pissoirs in Berlin. Diese Bedürfnisanstalten bestehen aus sieben grün lackierten gusseisernen Wandsegmenten und bilden einen achteckigen Grundriss. Die achte Wand fehlt und bildet den Eingang, bei dem ein davor stehender Paravent aus mindestens drei Segmenten einen Sichtschutz bildet. Der Entwurf für diese Bedürfnisanstalten stammte vom Stadtbaurat Carl Theodor Rospatt aus dem Jahr 1878. Im Jahr 1920 gab es etwa 142 von diesen Pissoirs in Groß-Berlin. Auch heute sind noch einige erhaltene Exemplare im Stadtbild zu finden. Sie bieten im Innern Stehplätze für sieben männliche Personen. Die abgebildete befindet sich in Moabit am Unionplatz, Siemensstraße ecke Oldenburger Straße.
Der Bildtitel ist aus dem deutschen Fernsehfilm „Herren des Bayerischen Rundfunks“ von Dirk Kummer aus dem Jahr 2019. „Die Denkmalhygiene, Café Achteck!“

GER: Zu Besuch in der Bildergalerie von Sanssouci. Die Bildergalerie ist ein wundervoller Altbau gleich neben dem Schloss. Hier solltet ihr auch mal einen Abstecher hin machen wenn ihr in Potsdam unterwegs seid.

You can see the treetop path and its breathtaking landscape.
The forest adventure centre in Füssen-Ziegelwies and Tirol-Pinswang offers a 480-metre-long and 21-metre-high treetop path and a lot of other interesting things to climb and explore. The area is situated on the German/Austrian border directly on the river Lech in the Lech Valley. Here you gain a good insight into the fascinating world of tree crowns as well as into the flora and fauna of the region, whether different forest types or tree species. Thanks to the location and altitude of the trail, spectacular views of the wild river landscape of the Lech and the mountains of the Alps of Bavaria and Tyrol are possible.

Zu sehen ist der Baumkronenpfad sowie seine atemberaubende Landschaft.
Das Walderlebniszentrum in Füssen-Ziegelwies und Tirol-Pinswang bietet einen 480 Meter langen und 21 Meter hohen Baumwipfelpfad und eine Menge andere interessante Sachen zum erklettern und erforschen. Das Gelände liegt auf der Deutsch/Österreichischen Grenze direkt am Fluss Lech im Lechtal. Hier gewinnt man einen guten Einblicke in die faszinierende Welt der Baumkronen sowie in die Flora und Fauna der Region, ob verschiedene Waldtypen oder Baumarten. Dank der Lage und Höhenentwicklung des Pfades, sind spektakuläre Ausblicke in die Wildflusslandschaft des Lechs, sowie ins Gebirge der Alpen von Bayern und Tirol möglich.

The two most famous landmarks in Lindau are the statue of the Bavarian Lion and the lighthouse. You also have to pass through them if you want to enter the port from the sea side. The way to the lighthouse is unfortunately blocked, practically only for residents, but the lion can be tackled up to the tip of the rock.
The city, a free imperial city until 1803, is located on the eastern shore of Lake Constance (Germany's largest body of water) in the border triangle of Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Highlights here are the historic center is the old town, which is a listed building as a whole, with the magnificent town hall (built 1422-1436) on Maximilianstraße on the island of Lindau, as well as the statue of the Bavarian Lion and the stone Lindau lighthouse with a view of the lake and the mountains and the Mangturm from the 12th century on the lake promenade at the harbor.

Die zwei wohl bekanntesten Lindauer Wahrzeichen sind die Statue des Bayerischen Löwen sowie der Leuchtturm. Durch diese man auch hindurch muss, wenn man Seeseitig in den Hafen möchte. Der Weg zum Leuchtturm ist leider versperrt, quasi nur für Anlieger aber dem Löwen kann man bis zum Rockzipfel zu Leibe rücken.
Die Stadt, bis 1803 freie Reichsstadt, liegt am östlichen Ufer des Bodensees (größtes Gewässer Deutschlands) im Dreiländereck Deutschland–Österreich–Schweiz. Highlights sind hier das historische Zentrum ist der insgesamt unter Denkmalschutz stehenden Altstadt mit dem prächtigen Rathaus (erbaut 1422–1436) an der Maximilianstraße auf der Insel Lindau sowie die Statue des Bayerischen Löwen und der steinerne Lindauer Leuchtturm mit Blick auf den See und die Berge und dem Mangturm aus dem 12. Jahrhundert an der Seepromenade am Hafen.
ENG: Irrlandia - the MitMachPark near Storkow (Mark) in Brandenburg promises play, fun or even reflection for young and old people and an eventful day for the whole family with over 50 creative play offers. This place is definitely a recommendation for families. Admission per person is 9 euros during the week and 11 euros on weekends.

Dieser Ort ist auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung für Familien. Der Eintritt pro Person beläuft sich auf 9 Euro unter der Woche und 11 Euro am Wochenende.
ENG: Travemünde is a casual resort on the Baltic Sea and a port for Scandinavian ferries. Fish restaurants line the banks of the Trave River and the Travemünde beach promenade overlooking the Bay of Lübeck. Fish sandwiches are sold at stalls in the fishing port. The Old Lighthouse from 1539, a brick building, now houses a maritime museum. The historic four-masted barque Passat can be visited for a fee.
You can see the Maritim Beach Hotel in Travemünde! This huge white building block standing directly on the beach can be seen for kilometers in the Bay of Lübeck and is thus definitely a recognizable feature of the region. I took this photo from the historic old lighthouse.

GER: Travemünde ist ein zwangloser Ferienort an der Ostsee und ein Hafen für skandinavische Fähren. Fischrestaurants säumen die Ufer der Trave und der Strandpromenade von Travemünde mit Blick auf die Lübecker Bucht. An Ständen im Fischereihafen werden Fischbrötchen verkauft. Im Alten Leuchtturm von 1539, einem Backsteinbau, befindet sich heute ein Schifffahrtsmuseum. Die historische Viermastbark Passat kann im Rahmen eines Entgeltes besichtigt werden.
Zu sehen ist das Maritim Strand Hotel in Travemünde! Dieser riesige direkt am Strand stehende weiße Block ist in der Lübecker Bucht Kilometer weit zu sehen und so definitiv ein Wiedererkennungsmerkmal der Region. Fotografiert habe ich dieses Foto vom historisch alten Leuchtturm.

Here I took pictures from the fortress Marienberg towards the old town. From up here you have a breathtaking view over Würzburg with the historically beautiful Old Main Bridge as well as the view into the distance.
The Old Main Bridge is the oldest bridge over the Main in Würzburg and a landmark of the city. The structure, which was begun in the 12th century, was Würzburg's only river crossing until 1886. The approximately 185-meter-long bridge, part of the East-West Passage, connects the Old Town on the right bank of the Main with the Marienberg Fortress opposite at Mainkilometer 252.32. It is used by pedestrian and bicycle traffic. With its stone statues that shape the cityscape, the Old Main Bridge, like Prague's Charles Bridge, continued in the 18th century a tradition begun in Rome with the Angel's Bridge.

Hier habe ich von der Festung Marienberg aus in Richtung Altstadt fotografiert. Von hier oben aus hat man einen atemberaubenden Überblick über Würzburg mit der historisch wunderschönen Alten Mainbrücke sowie den Blick in die Ferne.
Die Alte Mainbrücke ist die älteste Brücke über den Main in Würzburg und ein Wahrzeichen der Stadt. Das im 12. Jahrhundert begonnene Bauwerk war bis 1886 Würzburgs einziger Flussübergang. Die etwa 185 Meter lange Brücke, Teil der Ost-West-Passage, verbindet bei Mainkilometer 252,32 die Altstadt am rechten Mainufer mit der gegenüberliegenden Festung Marienberg. Sie wird vom Fußgänger- und Radverkehr genutzt. Mit ihren stadtbildprägenden Steinfiguren setzte die Alte Mainbrücke im 18. Jahrhundert wie die Prager Karlsbrücke eine in Rom mit der Engelsbrücke begonnene Tradition fort.
ENG: The sea. The forest. And you. Moin, Moin in the Baltic seaside resort Kellenhusen. And yes, we totally enjoyed it there. A not so crowded beach and in addition a nice looking pier. The new pier was inaugurated in June 2007. It offers with three "theme islands" possibilities to relax and swim. Smaller ships can dock at the pier head, which improves the tourism of the place by better connections with the big neighbors like Lübeck or Travemünde and Fehmarn. In addition, you can get married on the pier and since 2019 it has been illuminated in the evening with a special lighting concept.

GER: Das Meer. Der Wald. Und Du. Moin, Moin im Ostseebad Kellenhusen. Und ja, wir haben es dort total genossen. Ein nicht so überfüllter Strand und dazu noch eine schön anzusehende Seebrücke. Die neue Seebrücke wurde im Juni 2007 eingeweiht. Diese bietet mit drei „Themeninseln“ Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen und Baden. Am Seebrückenkopf können kleinere Schiffe anlegen, was den Tourismus des Ortes durch bessere Verbindungen mit den großen Nachbarn wie Lübeck oder Travemünde und Fehmarn verbessert. The Grunewald Tower is an observation tower on Karlsberg in Berlin's Grunewald district. Situated on the western edge of the Grunewald forest on Havelchaussee 61, the viewing platform offers a view over the Havel at a height of 36 metres. It is a historical tower in southwest Berlin, built between 1897-99 according to plans by Franz Heinrich Schwechten.

Der Grunewaldturm ist ein Aussichtsturm auf dem Karlsberg im Berliner Ortsteil Grunewald.
