It's been too long since I posted a beer shot, wine shot or anything alcohol related. So here...

iPhone mash up created with Juxtaposer, Squiggles, Brushes 2.1, Holiday and ZeusDraw Mobile over an old baby pic.
The original is in the comments and you can easily see how different it is. Lots of sliding on this one...so I think it is an obvious candidate for Sliders Sunday. HSS everyone!
GoArt app edit of this waterfall feature at vanDusen gardens, Vancouver, BC. Thank you for your appreciation, Gail

I love reflections. But they don't love me back...I rarely can find them. Still I believe reflections are very cliche. How many do you have in your stream? 1...10...100? But where I live there are not many opportunities for reflection pictures: one lake nearby which I already photographed to death (see today, yesterday and many times before) and no decent puddles ever...not even after the rain. So cliche or not, I am happy to take a shot any chance I get!
Cliche Saturday group entry. Taken with an iPhone.
Took me a while to find railway tracks where I could stay long enough to take a few pictures without being scolded or dragged away. I am pretty sure these tracks are not in use anymore, so no one cared.
This is my "railway tracks" cliche entry for Cliche Saturday Scavenger Hunt. Even though it can double as "fake photo effects" cliche...So count sprockets and light leaks as extra cliche points, but I am keeping a "fake photo effects" cliche for another day. HCS everyone!
Another shot from the same occasion is in the comments. Both are taken and edited with an iPhone.

This is another shot from a foggy Monday morning this week and I thought it has Cliche Saturday written all over it. Empty swings and benches (or bench-like swings) are pretty cliche, right? Fog too.
The swing belongs to my neighbors who have a whole bunch of grand kids. I never can figure out how many...definitely more than 5 but fewer than 10 and, as you can guess, this swing is NEVER empty. Unless it is really early in the morning. Which it was. So I was happy to be able to take "foggy empty bench-like swing" shot. HCS!

One more from Amsterdam from last fall. I had no idea what this "shot by models" site is about, so I looked them up half certain it must be something kinky. But nope, it turned out to be some photo marketing group. And now they are getting free advertising!
Taken with an iPhone and processed more than a little for Sliders Sunday. HSS!
Another one from my one day trip to DC in April. I had less than an hour to take pictures that day and I still have a bunch I wanted to upload, but didn't. They may be doomed to archives, but not if there is a fence anywhere in any of these shots. HFF!
Well, fake Polaroid that is...iPhone really makes pretty believable fakes. And considering how crazy expensive Polaroid film now is, this should do. Although if you haven't seen The Impossible Project site, check it out. It is kind of cool what these guys did. Ten former Polaroid employees who saved the last production plant and resurrected Polaroid film. Now they are making all kinds of new instant film types, but at these prices, one should be really nuts about Polaroid to want to buy it.
This is my first real bird shot ever! I am not counting Canada geese because them I will have to move out of the way with a tractor soon. They are everywhere. But this I think is a blue heron. I never saw one close before and all I had with me was an iPhone, but still this is huge. Not the heron...the fact that I managed to take its picture. Another version is under the fold.

Used GoArt and Formulas iPhone apps on this image to create an Asian feeling. Thank you for your appreciation, Gail
This is obviously a bench. And it is Monday. But this is no "Bench Monday". I actually thought about getting on the bench and taking a shot, but there were too many people around - this is a very popular ice cream place and there are always people there. With kids. And what kind of example it would have been for kids? On other hand, kids most likely wouldn't think I am crazy, only adults would. Anyway...the main reason I didn't take a shot "bench Monday" style was the shadows. I really wanted to catch the shadows and didn't want to block the light. So here. Just a bench.

I took this photo in the summer of 2010...and first posted it Here. I decided to use this for a pop art style collage. I went back to the original macro photo and imported it to my iPhone where I processed the image with an app - PictureShow - with it's "PopArt" filter - many, many times to get a good variety to choose from. I then loaded it into a different app - Diptic to make the collage. I brought it back into Photoshop on my computer and added the signature.
I love it!! May have to change my buddy icon to this for a while now.

When I say *light and sound show*, I can only think about one I saw in Egypt. They do this at night at Giza Pyramids. And while the Pyramids itself are an amazing sight, the show is the cheesiest thing you can ever imagine. It also must be quite a torture for people who live in parts of Cairo from where you can see it. Even if from afar. Anyway, my *light and sound show* is much more tasteful. :-)
Also this is my Cliche Saturday Scavenger Hunt entry, music category. HCS, you guys!
