Apple and its fondness for the color white is evident everywhere you look, from its retail stores to its mobile operating system. Even its gadgets come in white, most recently the company’s wireless EarPods. But that popular color option may soon be a memory once Apple releases the iPhone...
Upgrade
I spent today filming the "before" video of my Jackson SL4X Soloist upgrades. I then replaced the Floyd Rose Special bridge with a FU-Tone FU2 bridge and the Duncan Design HR-101 pickups with Seymour Duncan Hotrails.
I also edited episode 34 of the Moving Music podcast interview with Sean Carney about the 1931 film "Dracula"
The pickup swap took much longer than expected so I wasn't able to make the "after" video today.

"I wanna be free / Like the bluebirds flying by me"
I'm doing the best I can staying home and only going out when I need to go out. Food, grocery stores, medicines, and family are the only reasons I've left my house.
And yet, I am singing this song by the Monkees. Because the first line represents how I feel. I am TIRED of this lockdown. I want to return to my life.
I don't like seeing stories of "Mississippi churchgoers fined $500 while attending drive-in service" or "Kentucky To Record License Plates At Church Services, Quarantine Car Occupants."
I get why we're doing this stay-in-place. But it's not feasible in the long run. I am a military brat. Wanderlust is a way of life for me. I need to leave only to come home.
Is a drive-in service for church any different than going to McDonald's? Do we need to lose our humanity in order to defeat this virus? Or has this virus already defeated the American spirit?
I want to be free. I want to go enjoy the outdoors. "I want to be where the people are." I want to cruise again.
