This is my next daily picture for my 365 project.

Thank god it Friday - what a busy day in Muich, glad to be at home again.

I shot this picture with a long exposure time (15s) and used my iPhone as well as my iPad mini to light the perfume bottle (with the SoftBox Pro App). The iPad is positioned at the right side of the bottle and only lights the background – which is an orange sheet of paper. To light the bottle itself I used the iPhone with the light of the display colored in blue. After a little bit of cross processing in lightroom this is the final image.

iPad 2 is here and after resisting for few hours i found a compelling reason to buy it. i didn't know why would i need one until i saw this little connector which actually provides a USB connection with iPad and we can view our images directly from the camera on a bigger screen while shooting. Trust me there is nothing better than being able to view quickly on a bigger screen what we are actually getting and if we need to make changes right on the spot and re-shoot the scene.
