I got an iPad for my birthday, which apparently inspired me to do an unplanned impersonation of Robert (Big Sabu). I took this with my iPhone when I first got the iPad and forgot that I had taken it.
I would like to pay a tribute to the numerous victims of a terrorist attack in Brussels. May all the victims rest in peace and those injured fully recover. Our world needs all the love and peace. Thanks to those who view, comment and fave my photo. It will be highly appreciated. I will not comment or save a photo made by a cell phone, ipads, or similar devixes
A Slide Shot taken on my iPad during a FaceTime meeting arranged by the Care Home Staff during the Covid Lockdown in the summer of 2020. It was taken shortly after the June Birthday of June when she had reached the age of Ninety. June had been diagnosed with Vascular Dementia in the summer of 2015, and I had been her Career 24/7 until April 2019 when June entered the Care Home. Throughout the rest of 2019 and early 2020, I visited the Care Home for several hours every day. Then in March 2020 The Care Home went into Lockdown and on a few occasions the FaceTime calls were arranged. It is me in the top left, partially hidden as I had the manipulate the tablet to take the slide shot. The Lockdown was partially lifted in September when I met June briefly in the Care Home Garden, then in October in the Care Home twice. Then the Lockdown was reimposed. Sadly an outbreak of COVID hit the residents of the Care Home, including June. June was admitted to hospital on November 1st 2020 and passed away on the 3rd. As it was end of life, I was allowed to be by June’s bedside throughout.
