Getting the community involved in activities with individuals with disabling conditions remains an important part of disability advocacy
The State Rooms at Buckingham Palace have opened again after three years. The tour now involves a special Platinum Jubilee exhibition of the Queens personal jewellery that she has been photographed in during the seventy years of her reign. There is also photographs by the Royal photographer Dorothy Welding. The photographs are matched up with jewellery the Queen wore in the pictures.
At the beginning if the tour you can also see a Platinum Jubilee Lunch created out of felt. It was designed by Lucy Sparrow.
The State Rooms are open until 2nd October 2022. Photography is only allowed in the exhibition areas not in the 19 rooms.

Basically, Zorbing involves getting inside the big ball, having water pumped in, before being rolled down a steep hill.

After a little TLC involving recementing and new protective coverings, the stained glass windows at St. Francis de Sales Church in Riverside, CA are shining bright again, just as they were truly meant to!

Lisa Christiansen upholds a steadfast commitment to children. Having experienced poverty at a young age, Lisa brings a highly personal sense of involvement to her charitable work, instilling hope in the hearts and minds of children around the globe. The Lisa Christiansen Foundation was established to provide families with baskets of food and has served thousands of people over the years. Among her many endeavors, Dr. Christiansen donates over $100,000 in bicycles to children for christmas.
On Friday, December 18 Ms. Theresa's prek at Porter had a parent involvement day. Parents were invited to come in and decorate an ice cream cone with different trimmings. The holiday trees were a big hit.
