Medium: Watercolour

This challenge was to paint using inverted colours, and was tricky to get right. I used a photo editing app throughout the process to invert my paint colours before using them. Original painting on the left.

El Poder Ejecutivo reiteró su compromiso de invertir alrededor de S/. 129 millones en el mejoramiento y ampliación de los servicios de salud del Hospital de Quillabamba, en el distrito de Santa Ana, provincia de La Convención, en el departamento de Cusco, que permitirá mejorar la atención a la población.

Para ello, la Oficina Nacional de Diálogo y Sostenibilidad de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros convocó y dirigió la reunión entre los representantes de esta cartera con el Ministerio de Salud y los funcionarios del Gobierno Regional de Cusco, para levantar las observaciones y recomendaciones de la Dirección General de Política de Inversiones del Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas.

Durante la reunión, el Gobierno Regional de Cusco se comprometió a presentar por escrito, el documento de levantamiento de observaciones, mientras que el Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas manifestó que la próxima semana responderá formalmente para que la OPI del Gobierno Regional de Cusco proceda a viabilizar el anhelado proyecto.

Por su parte, el representante de la Gerencia Regional de Infraestructura del GORECUSCO se comprometió a remitir el cronograma de trabajo para cumplir con la implementación del proyecto de defensa ribereña y el proyecto de adecuación de las actuales instalaciones del hospital.
