The other day I saw two little girls levitate a guy right off the street and make everyone bow to them, lest they drop him on his head.

El presidente de la Junta de Andalucía, Juanma Moreno, ha apostado por destinar los Fondos Europeos Next Generation EU en materia de turismo a grandes proyectos de Estado transformadores. De este modo, ha considerado conveniente poner en marcha dos o tres proyectos de país, como un plan de transformación y modernización en destinos maduros, especialmente, en el litoral Mediterráneo. Asimismo, se ha decantado por institucionalizar una vía de colaboración público-privada de verdad, traducible en hechos.
"Estos fondos son una gran oportunidad que se puede aprovechar si existe la máxima participación y compromiso por parte de todos. Y los fondos no serán reactivos en términos económicos y sociales si no hay una profunda participación del sector privado", ha agregado.
Lo ha dicho en el XI Foro de Liderazgo Turístico de Exceltur, donde ha participado en el coloquio '¿Realmente cooperamos?: Nueva gobernanza turística público-privada', junto a la presidenta de las Islas Baleares, Francina Armengol; el presidente del Gobierno de Canarias, Ángel Víctor Torres; el presidente de Air Nostrum, Carlos Bertomeu; el presidente de Palladium Hotel Group, Abel Matutes, y el CEO de Exceltur, José Luis Zoreda.
Durante el coloquio, ha asegurado que el turismo es el sector que más perjudicado ha salido de la pandemia. Por este motivo, ve en los fondos europeos una herramienta para transformar todo aquello que no funciona e incidir en lo que sí funciona. En cuanto a la gestión de los Next Generation, ha echado en falta una cogobernanza real del Estado con las comunidades autónomas. De este modo, ha lamentado que la promesa del presidente del Gobierno de la Nación, Pedro Sánchez, de territorializar el 50% de las ayudas se haya quedado en un escaso 35%.
Moreno trasladado su ambición por hacer de Andalucía una gran potencia turística, superando en cifras de visitantes a las Islas Canarias y las Islas Baleares. Para ello, ha planteado la necesidad de una importante reestructuración y un cambio de mentalidad desde las instituciones y el propio sector empresarial. En este sentido, ha marcado como grandes objetivos romper con la estacionalidad del turismo en Andalucía y apostar por un turismo de calidad, con valor añadido, que, a su juicio, es el que genera más empleo, prosperidad y bienestar.
El diálogo, según ha indicado, ha sido el primer paso para avanzar hacia esos propósitos. Y el resultado, tras más de año y medio de reuniones con el sector turístico, se ha concretado en una hoja de ruta a corto, medio y largo plazo que no sólo sirve para dar respuestas a los problemas causados por la Covid-19, sino también para hacer una apuesta estratégica hacia ese turismo de calidad, sostenible, tecnológico, digitalizado, de vanguardia, competitivo e innovador.
Dicha hoja de ruta es el Plan META (Plan General del Turismo Sostenible de Andalucía), con una inversión de 717,4 millones hasta 2027, que estará, además, acompañada de importantes reformas en el ámbito normativo. Por un lado, ha recordado el Decreto ley de clasificación por puntos de los establecimientos hoteleros, "una reivindicación histórica del sector". Y, por otro, un Proyecto de Ley para modernizar alojamientos turísticos, que posibilita un incremento del 15 al 20% de la edificabilidad (está en estudio llegar hasta un 30%). Ambas iniciativas, tal y como ha explicado, movilizan ya varios miles de millones de euros y miles de puestos de trabajo.
Además, para amoldar Andalucía al futuro que viene, su Gobierno está impulsando un Hub Internacional de Turismo, Innovación y Tecnología; el primer centro de aceleración de España para empresas de hostelería, en fase de creación, y una Unidad Aceleradora de Proyectos, que está facilitando que los grandes capitales se fijen en la comunidad a la hora de invertir y, al mismo tiempo, evitando que éstos que se vean sumidos en una compleja maraña burocrática. Como ejemplo, ha hablado de Globalia, en Estepona, con una inversión de 630 millones de euros y más de 1.300 empleos.
Sobre la normativa frente a las viviendas turísticas, ha abogado por una mayor regularización, transparencia y una actividad completamente sujeta a la normativa turística. En este aspecto, ha propuesto al Gobierno de España tener acceso a la información que las plataformas deben proporcionar a la Agencia Tributaria, identificando los datos de la persona titular de la explotación turística de la vivienda y su ubicación. Igualmente, se ha decantado por exigir el sometimiento a la normativa turística aplicable en el territorio donde radiquen las viviendas comercializadas.

Mold pip short side just above the center.
The brick on the left has no flowrib and mold number C-16.
The bricks on the right do have a flowrib and no mold number. I found such bricks with the pend upside down and upright.
The 180 amp +12 bus bar is connected to a battery disconnect switch and through the switch to a 120 amp relay which receives 12 volts from upfitter switch 2. The output of the relay is passed through a 100 amp fuse to the inverter. The relay output is connected to the output of a second 120 amp relay that will be connected to the house battery. The negative sides of the relays are switched to ground such that they can both be disabled or one or the other selected but not both.

This inverter will take power from the trailer's battery and create a source of 110 volt 60 cycle power. It is installed under the front driver side bench seat. The power is supplied to the top half of three of the power outlets in the trailer. Inverter power is also supplied to the exterior 110 volt outlet. An outlet was installed under the passenger side bench seat to allow switching the exterior outlet from shore power to inverter power. The inverter can be turned on and off with a toggle switch located next to the front power outlet. See gpelectric.com/
When we are dry camping or driving the battery will be charged with our solar panel through the solar power controller, which is at the bottom of the photo.
SAFETY ALERT! (Sept 26 2013.) I have just become aware that supplying both inverter power and shore power to the same outlet box is a hazard if there is any possibility of power being on in one of the outlets while off on the other, since an unsuspecting person opening the box may be put in a hazardous situation. To solve this problem I am in the process of buying and installing a manual transfer switch so that power to the outlets can be switched from shore power to inverter power. Both top and bottom outlets will be at the same voltage.

Another inverted landscape becomes organic abstract form. This time I took the shot with the intention of turning it over. I love how inverting these scenes of natural drainage channels in the Morecambe Bay mud completely alters their appearance; how the valleys and scoops become ridges and bulges and perspective is reversed simply by turning the photo through 180º. Apart from a small crop and even smaller exposure adjustment, no other photoshopping done to the image.
Originally shot with Nikon FM-2 + Micro Nikkor 55mm f2.8 + Ilford HP 5
Negatives were shot again on different materials with a Nikon D90.
Final invert on photoshop.
