Just a funny little Amy Winehouse doodle. If you are a fan of Amy - don't take it too seriously. I like her, too.
By the way - has she got her tooth fixed, yet?

A Marine engaging with civilians. Intuos 4M and Photoshop CS5.
I uploaded it to the net under the format of a video and offered a title choice:
(a) The good Samaritan
(b) The bringer of death.
79% chose (a).
Experimenting with #line weight, it's volume and tone, to clearly present the models #pose and emotions with #outline only. Also working on stroke confidence with digital medium. Piece was done with #Wacom #Intuos 4 and #Photoshop CS4. Need to practice way more. ------ Próba użycia wagi, grubości i płynności linii w celu uchwycenia pozy i emocji modela, wyłącznie za pomocą obrysu oraz w celu ćwiczenia pewności pociągnięć na medium cyfrowym - całość wykonana cyfrowo: tablet Wacom Intuos 4 i Photoshop cs4 Muszę jeszcze sporo poćwiczyć.
These are the WIP stages of my digital portrait I'm sketching of that great singer Katie Melua. I'm using Photoshop CS5 and a Wacom Intuos 2 tablet.
The typography was made by hand (my hands, haha) with a tablet, but the guy was just an picture that a friend of Carmen asked me to use.
Gee, a lot has changed in 4 years.

Here is a sketch of a very young Alexis Dziena (cast in the movie She's Too Young). I found a photo of her in my TV guide, and traced it by putting it on the Wacom Intuos 3 and using the stylus to trace.

I like trying out new things, and this was one of them: on my Mac I'm using a Magic Trackpad. It's great for pretty much everything - but it lacks the speed of a mouse when it comes to 3D modelling in Blender (or any other app for that matter). With a mouse, I'm much faster at extruding those edges. But because my mouse is usually attached to my Windows machine, and it's cumbersome to move it over every time I want to model on my Mac. So I thought, perhaps I'll try modelling with my Wacom Intuos tablet. And what can I say? It's even FASTER than using the mouse! I did this doodle in less than a minute. All I changed was to select with the left rather than the right "mouse button" in Blender. This is dynamite! I must try this more often.
I just drew this from memory. I had no reference. There are probably inaccuracies. Also, this is my first creation with my new Wacom Intuos3 6x11 tablet!
A drawing I did of Man Cat inspired by Andy Warhol's print of Chairman Mao

Day 33 of the 365 day challenge.
Not a lot of time for 365ing today because I finally got my ancient serial-port Intuos 2 to talk to my Mac Mini, with the help of some sweet open-source drivers. So I spent most of the day working on a present for a loved one.
YAY DRAWING! Oh airbrushing, how I missed you.

Mick getting slightly concerned about me holding onto the tennis ball to get the shot. Rest assured, I snapped off three shots then threw it as far as I could!
I was looking again at the bonus software CD that came with my Intuos, and I noticed it had Nik Color Efex Pro. Curious, I installed it. I love it, I want the full version (ack, too expensive!)
