I decided to fix up one of my old drawings and bring it back to life, a bit at a time. This is just a small piece of the puzzle. Go to my blog to read more about the mystery drawing: miraculousmosquito.blogspot.com/2011/08/mystery-drawing-m...

First try!
Drawn in Photoshop CS4 with Wacom Intuos4.
The original PS document contains 15 layers (10 drawn layers, 2 effect layers, sketch, background and signature). The drawing time was more than 20 hours (as I wrote this is a very first try! :D ).
Beautiful lady with blue eyes, blue earring and mole on left hand side of her nose.
A digital portrait I painted on my computer using Corel Painter 2020, Photoshop CC 2020 & Artrage 6, my Wacom Intuos 3 stylus & tablet, Ryzen 3700 Windows 10 desktop tower I built last fall.
Thanks Shuan and Tuan who give me a chance to visit Imaginary Friend Studio in Singapore.
My POD has my old Canon scanner, and a wireless Wacom Intuos 4 for photography work. You can see my cutting board stuffed behind the POD.
The POD was purchased from Ikea because I'm cheapass and needed something in white. You can see I have a mix of books, photo equipment and computer/office stuff on the Ikea bookshelf.
Each stylus pen drawn with that type of stylus pen. Two, I hope, to go: (Hex Nota and Jot Touch v4).

have seen a great light;
on those living in the land of deep darkness
a light has dawned. "

Jesus, our Lord, is the true light of the world.
As part of my 3650 project (10 min of sketch per day), today, I produced this sketch, for another photo , posted on my Miss-Embe account.
The sketch is added digitally using a Wacom Intuos 2, in a new layer in Photoshop.
I created this little character 15 years ago, and didn't touch him since. Except today, he came back to visit me in the Jesus Green, in Cambridge.... Did you see him?
Illustration of Jim Morrison with Wacom Intuos and Painter 6. Printed onto 1x1 meter canvas. Create by artist Wolfgang Kath.
This piece was developed for Waltraud, or Waly, a person that works at GIZ Brasilia, but her internship ends this week.
It is a goodbye card, printed in special textured paper (that caused some blank spaces in the image, as you can see the in the picture).
The typography was made by hand with a tablet.
Everybody that works in the office signed the card after it was ready.
Tools used: tablet intuos 4, photoshop and illustrator CS5.
Yesterday, I had the pleasure and the time to view the full lenght video of Ray Frenden's Electric Zombie resp. the changes he had to make on it. I bought myself a wacom intuos approx. one year ago and I really had my fingers itching to get it out and play with it again - after my pencil studies I thought, it would be the right time to do so.
While The Electric Zombie video takes about 2 hours to watch and it's interesting how much time and which technique Ray Frenden uses - I find myself once again faced with the problem, that I do not have enough time to emphazise on the clean look, also again I had to be confronted with my impatience and the urge to be finished.
Changing from traditional media to digital has it's challenges... so I still have to play around on the stylus' settings alot to be comfortable with the pressure and the behaviour of the brush-tool. At the moment it's pressure sensitive and I use an opacitiy of only 60% which corresponds to the additive sketchy style I am using for my traditional stuff.
While this portrait is not as cleanly rendered as most of you wish, it achieves the certain likeliness and I may use it as a reference for probable later works.
These are the WIP stages of my digital portrait I'm sketching of that great singer Katie Melua. I'm using Photoshop CS5 and a Wacom Intuos 2 tablet.
Gordon Reece ( www.facebook.com/gordonrreece ) drawn with a wacom intuos and GIMP from a photo. 2010.
Digital portrait done for a friend.
Somewhat inspired by heavy retro graphics.
Entirely drawn with my handy Intuos Wacom tablet (6"X9") in Photoshop CS2. Completed: 2008.07.15.
I drew this a couple months ago for a spanish project.
Done in GIMP with a Wacom intuos 4
And yeah I know it isn't the most detailed but that is because I spent a while on the bulldozer and my mom made me rush everything else :P

I thought there was some issue between Windows 7 beta and my Wacom Intuos 3 tablet. This was not the case. It was simply a matter of installing the Vista driver for the pen tablet in Windows 7 beta. After that, no more jerkiness of the mouse pointer when I used the Intuos 3.
The drawing was made by tracing a photo I found on the Internet.
