Just a spot that caught my eye as we were walking through the Cotswold town of Stow on the Wold, I like the patterns of chipped and broken stonework both around the archway and inside the passageway.
I would love to have explored it to see where it went But I respected the private sign on the wall.
We found this little town very interesting where I took possibly my favorite shots of our trip to come in a couple of days.
Such an intriguing animal is worth a collage. :-)

I could tell Mack and Jimmy were intrigued by something early yesterday morning. When I looked over the fence I found a skunk who has been hanging around our townhouse complex for over a week now. I also saw Ella on the far side of the skunk so, three cats, a skunk and I meet face to face in a Mexican standoff. Mack and Jimmy, being the dumb dumbs they are, jumped down off the fence and charged the skunk as much as they dared which placed them between the skunk and me so I had no way to shoo them away. Somehow, we all froze while the skunk rooted around for food in the grass and eventually sauntered away.

These intriguing and talented spiders protect themselves from predators by hiding inside an impressively constructed, silk-seamed curled leaf that sits roughly at the middle of their web.
Each curled-leaf retreat, a miracle in itself.
Endemic to the eastern areas of this country. Genus Phonognatha, perhaps graeffei.
Female, 10 mm body length.

All Intriguing aka AI 😄
I "added" a bunch of effects in PP. Most AI rendering is too clinical (clean)

Can AI "photos" coexist with the "traditional" imagery? Who are we kidding. Can't imagine a Hollywood movie without AI. too many to mention
Do you feel "betrayed" when (if) you found out a photo was an Artificial "photo"... are we getting used to being "lied" too?
Things are likely to become yet more complex as use of artificial intelligence by artists becomes more widespread, and as the machines get better at producing creative works, further blurring the distinction between artwork that is made by a human and that made by a computer.

The silence was beautiful yet stark. Harsh silence. Unlike like the soft silence that fills a golden yawning morning, the sharp silence stretched miles into dark unwavering shadows that disappeared in the wall of fog. I had left my car far behind in the parking lot at the RMNP following a trail that led me through gentle sloping hills and forest yet suddenly the trail seemed to end suddenly and I found myself in a whiteout like chasm of fog and swirling snow. I stared into this white silent world fascinated by the dark abstract shapes. Maybe they were trees. Maybe something moved. A dark blur of motion in my peripheral vision on my right sent me spinning. My heart quickened and suddenly logic was there, explaining in a loud voice in my head to take the path and leave. I hesitated. My eyes were drawn to the jagged pointed tree heads barely emerging through the heavy blanket of mist. The trees stood watching, waiting. I raised my camera and as I stared though the tiny square trying to focus I heard the crackle and pop of breaking branches. Click.
Perhaps it was deer, drawn into this flat white wall as I was or some other woodland creature. Being so far up in the National park there are a lot of wild animals. I only know that I found myself back at my car within record time (ha!) Back at home I'm drawn over and over again to the shadowy mystique of the image. I feel the snow flakes against my cheek and the intensity of the moment. Had to share it as small as it may seem. I hope you enjoy the intrigue as well.

"Orion and the Horsehead"
Last night, while shooting in a meadow with benjaminbarakat we got company from two horses. One of them quickly lost interest, but this beautiful Haflinger seemed totally intrigued by what we were doing and lingered around us for more than 3 hours. After unsuccessfully trying to capture him in the dark for a while, I finally decided to setup my low level lights.

I am loving this intimate view of Courthouse Falls in the Pisgah National Forest. I had this waterfall on my list for a long time and finally visited this past summer. It was a perfect day for waterfalls with overcast skies and rain showers. There was a ton of debris at the base of the falls but I found this up close view just as intriguing as the wide angle perspective. I love all the subtle details and colors in the rock.

Huge help from Kristian in figuring out this shot down to the hair!...which could have gone through a tornado and not moved by the way. haha.
Oh also..i am not a smoker, I'm just holding it for the shot, i felt it would a lot to the image when Kristian suggested it.
Thanks for all the love and support!
The young female cardinal was quite intrigued as to what I was up to, I suppose she's never had a strange looking cylinder pointed at her before let alone a human being so close.

The nebula known as IC 410 is home to a pair of intriguing structures popularly known as the "tadpoles." These are clumps of gas and dust left over from the formation of the cluster, and are likely forming yet new stars within them. The tails of the tadpoles are caused by the radiation pressure and solar wind from the stars of NGC 1893; note how they point away from the star cluster.

Note the intriguing silhouette of the Indian's head!
Legend has it that the colonists were massacring the Indians and the image of the Indian was to be the Indian's revenge as it looked out over the ocean towards England.
