The Heritage Center in Bismarck is the state museum, with excellent exhibits covering prehistoric and historic times. It has recently completed a $50 M expansion making this one of the finest museums in the upper midwest.

A ballroom, with lots of socializing . This is the biggest ballroom of the Hilton Chicago. The interior design is mesmerizing with paintings, arches, velvety curtains, huge crystal chandeliers... Almost made me think that I was in a movie adapted from Jane Austen’s novels. I promised myself to visit this room with my Canon, to capture the grand details to my best. The phone camera had to suffice for now. Have a bright week dear friends, and thank you for your visit 😊
Like the Palmer, Hilton Chicago is another Chicago Landmark. It has housed every US President during their presidency. It literally is like a city within a city. I had the chance a see it from inside in the last couple of days and loved its beautiful design.
