La residencia de estilo pintoresquista francés tiene 329 metros cuadrados repartidos entre planta baja, primero y segundo piso. El arquitecto Olivari adopta aquí un sesgo francés siguiendo las tipologías de los petit hotel que contó luego con reformas en los años sucesivos. La verticalidad, acusada por el chapitel principal y la marcada pendiente de la mansarda de zinc, dialoga con la horizontalidad dada por los efectos ornamentales, las balaustradas, los cornisamentos con modillones y denticulados, los frisos y crestería de remate. Los revoques de símil piedra en grises y rojos (simulando sillería de piedra y de ladrillo) se combinan con los detalles en mayólicas multicolores con motivos florales y guirnaldas, otorgando un rico efecto policromático. Los óculos de la mansarda y el remate del chapitel, profusamente decorados, completan la expresividad de “Villa Fiorito”, que se recorta en la esquina, entre los plátanos de la avenida.
