Exposição “interFACE”

No âmbito do ciclo de exposições de 2025 denominado “O Designer”, a Sala de Exposições Temporárias do Solar do Ribeirinho recebe, entre os dias 5 de setembro e 10 de outubro, a exposição “Interface”, da autoria do artista Hernando Urrutia.

interFACE é a transformação da nossa visão projetada para o futuro, por meio da digitalização e da transformação de tudo o que assimilamos da tecnologia em sua interação com a interface. Esse processo leva a nossa perceção visual orgânica aos dígitos, códigos binários e algoritmos, para que possa ser processada, medida e controlada. Podemos situar-nos em simbiose com o mundo da interface, num ambiente que o envolve numa realidade virtual, computacional e eletrónica digital.

Hernando Urrutia é um artista Multidisciplinar, Designer, Músico, Compositor, Investigador, Professor Universitário e Gestor Cultural. Licenciatura em Artes Visuais - IDBA; Licenciatura em Design Gráfico - UPB; Equivalência de Licenciatura em Design Gráfico - UMa; Ph/Estudos Avançados de Média-Arte Digital - UAb/UAlg; PhD/Doutor em Média-Arte Digital - UAb/UAlg

HOW TO ADD YOUR DANCES

Adding dances to the HUD is really simple.

1) Rez it on the ground

2) choose your dances from your inventory

3) Drag it on to the HUD

4) Take the HUD and Wear again.

With a click on the central button a menù will appera. You can turn the dance mode ON and OFF and you can set the time for dance changes by clicking on the button "Timer".

SAN DIEGO (May 4, 2021) A civilian mariner assigned to Military Sealift Command hospital ship USNS Mercy (T-AH 19) stands a bridge wing lookout watch as the ship transits into Naval Air Station North Island (NASNI) May 4. Mercy is underway off the coast of Southern California completing Dynamic Interface Testing, where the ship’s aviation facilities will be evaluated for compatibility with the V-22 Osprey and MH-60 Seahawk, and establish launch and recovery windows in adverse weather conditions. Mercy recently returned to its homeport in San Diego from a regular overhaul in Portland, Ore., where improvements were made to its flight deck to support multiple aircraft platforms. Mercy must be in a five-day-activation status in order to support missions over the horizon, and be ready, reliable and resilient to support mission commanders. This PCB handles the carrier detection, receive data gating and lamp driving.

A screen capture of the SIVQ graphical user interface is depicted above. The pre-processing viewport in the upper-left demonstrates the source predicate image with this window also being utilized for image navigation. The ring vector preview window, depicted slightly to the right of this viewport allows for visual examination of the selected search predicate. Further to the right are a number of SIVQ algorithm parameter settings (e.g. vector size, quantity of sub-rings, heatmap paint size feature, etc.) that allow for optimization of the algorithm’s overall selectivity and sensitivity. Finally, a post-rendering window is depicted below, with it demonstrating resultant heatmaps, where quality of SIVQ-based pattern matching can be assessed.
