or something. I wasn't quite sure what these interactive displays were all about. There were a couple of them.

This was INCREDIBLY cool! You put a small cardboard disc on the 'table' and it would allow you to play games, send text, watch tv or play music. Devin was showing us the music interface, you could 'scratch' the record, change songs and remove the needle. The tv, you could rotate the cardboard disc and it would 'change the channel'. All very modern and interesting to this techno geek :)

After a brisk walk in the rain I arrived at "Jim Deva Plaza" in the heart of Davie Village for the interactive installations including "The Tele-Trip Stage".
It was crowded given that Jim Deva Plaza is a compact space so I couldn't get many good photos.

Question #8 (last one) on the in-car kiosk on the Spaceship Earth ride; possible answers are "a solar-powered jet pack" and "a car that drives itself" ... an ironic question, given that it was posed while I was in a car that was driving itself. I chose "a solar-powered jet pack".

Becky and I tried out the interactive puppetry display after touring the Jim Henson exhibit at the Lakeview Museum in Peoria, IL.
The green blobs represent heads, torsos, arms and other body parts of the people in line. Gesturing upward would "grow" mountains, though there seemed to be some limits on how fast - or high - they could grow. The first of two games in the "Experience the Land" theme.
Question #2 on the in-car kiosk on the Spaceship Earth ride; possible answers are home, work, health or leisure ... I forget what I selected (probably health). Question #1 was to type in your hometown.
