I took this shot with a vintage Canon T80 film camera + AC-50mm f1.8 with Kodak 400ASA film. I photographed these pears with multiple cameras one rainy day a few months back - it's raining today, so I thought it was an appropriate time to post this image.
Open holes and closed holes on the flute. Macro Mondays "Opposites". Blue & yellow-orange opposites on the CIE chromaticity diagram, too!

April Photo a Day Challenge I didn't get very far at lunchtime so carried my camera in my hand on my way home. I probably wouldn't have wielded the big canon but the Fuji is perfect for innocuous and street type shots, albeit underground. There's a;ways one left on the platform, for a split second in rush hour, just two of us in the station where moments before and after where thousands.

La ragazza che avevo visto nella sala del museo era ora seduta in un angolo del bar e guardava di fronte a sé in silenzio. Il bar era vuoto e avrei potuto sedermi accanto a lei per cercare di parlarle, ma preferii restare lontano, nell’angolo opposto, a osservare entrambi nello specchio, cercando anch’ io di rimanere immobile, per far sì che il tempo si fermasse.
